      >How did Japan attract the most autistic and obnoxious people?

If you want an actual answer,

Anime uses over exaggerated dialogue that appeals to people with autism in the way that a brightly colored sonic character does.

A girl going “ah Baka you stupid idiot don’t think I like you!” Or a guy saying “I am the most powerful, you will not stop my quest to be the strongest” and other extremely simplified dialogue that involves yelling emotions connects with autists that can’t interpret basic social interaction more than dialogue you would find in English movies meant for adults.

Autists see anime as more relatable because their moron brains prefer the simplified on the surface writing.

      >b-but-

Yes complex anime exists but it’s not what weebs are watching and even if they are the anime that has its deeper moments still has the schlop l I mentioned earlier so it attracts the same audience.

It's funny that you say all that on Cinemaphile of all places.
Western cartoons are even more simplified and colorful than anime so going by your logic, Weebs should like cartoons more than anime but they hate it.

I think is because of Western Cartoon are potrayed as more of a kid show and most animations work from specifically US are for kids unlike in Japan

Japan simply got sick of isekais so now they are begging the United States Of Based for new content to oil the gears of their studios with cash of the biggest franchises in the world

I realized that "isekais" were getting out of hand when people started to use a Japanese term to describe a media trope that had existed for literally centuries prior. I never saw that phrase being used in regular parlance before the 2010s in spite of a myriad of shows having the same premise, once people started calling every show set in another world that the main character is taken to an "isekai" I knew that it must have been getting oversaturated as frick.

Yeah stop motion is easy today nevermind that they don't even bother to put in the effort to rotoscope their animation and instead just guess everything by hand, they don't even go through the effort of using a template to ensure every character has the exact same marketable face like japanese studios

It's really a shame that the west just completely abandoned 2D animation outside of stuff for TV channels.
And I don't know how people got gaslit into believing that bullshit about 2D being more expensive, Klaus cost $40 million and it looks MILES better than similarly-budgeted 3D CG animated movies.

They didn't, normies want Mickey to be Disney's main focus again like it was in the Eisner era and nobody outsider of the e-girlcon community give a rats ass about Cyberpunk Edgerunners.

Also people were b***hING about Suicide Squad Iseki because "It's taking precious Looney Tunes time away from Warner Bros".

And in advance, the Rick & Morty anime is nothing but "They're butchering Tiny Toons for this?!?".

Face it, normie anime is something like Sazae-San, Chibi Maruko-Chan and Shin-Chan, not what you just brought up.
