opening month should be one of the strongest months they ever have
they need to cover their CAPEX and OPEX costs, meaning payments for principal and interest plus all the costs for running the thing like power, personnel, etc.
if they cant turn a profit now it isnt going to happen unless they can restructure their debt at better conditions (very unlikely), decrease opex (unlikely) or increase prices (possible, but price vs. utilization has to be considered)

It's pure simulacra. You are placed inside a prison of screens offering the highest resolution in the world. You consume a play of images while being stripped of any real experience. You fly over mountains and oceans and watch a million butterflies zoom overhead. But it's an illusion. The ultimate bread and circus. And to make it a sphere is a spiritual shit-test; will you willingly enter the panopitcon? The demon resides within the metaphors. Just wait until they project someone's face on it in 5-10 years like the Zardoz head. It will be chanting propagandist orders down to the docile tourists of Las Vegas. You WILL gamble! You WILL enjoy the slot machines! And in the case of a big cultural event, you can bet your bottom dollar it will be used as an instrument for political messages 🙂

          >All this synchronicity and meme magick shit is real *on some level*
That's the conclusion that I've come to after doing a lot of research (by accident, I was just reading up on the late stone age and early ancient semitic cultures). I'm not religious, but there are groups of people in this world, both in the past and now, who take it seriously and, frankly, that's all it takes. Whether you believe in it or not doesn't actually matter. There are individuals who are following these doctrines. Semitic child sacrifice is not even conspiracy anymore, archaeologists have found and confirmed child sacrifice burial sites in Carthage which the Romans had long described and warned us about (and was dismissed as propaganda by many modern historians).

            Anonymous

Forgot to add: this is Cinemaphile related because now they're making a movie about Hannibal, a semitic Carthaginian general who worshipped Baal'Hammon. The flag standard of Carthage was a Sun & Moon with a depictions of both Ishtar and Moloch (Baal). Imagine the terror of the ancient peoples as they saw the banners of Satan coming to kill, cannibalize and ritually sacrifice them. And now Hannibal is being depicted a hero against the oh-so-evil Romans who stood up against his people and condemned their heinous religion.

Ginsburg wasn't even on the court when the major abortion decisions were passed. Are all christcucks this stupid, they just regurgitate whatever the pedophile on the pulpit says?

        >Are all christcucks this stupid
i think youre confused about who is saying what. also i assume youre esl since the article doesnt claim ginsburg caused the decision, she was seen as a defender of abortion "rights" and so the left "honor" her along with the decision. it was a big meme at the time to pretend to respect old ladies to "clap back" or something against trump

I mean, this does look Satanic. Why can't they just make a regular statue that looks like RBG?

        Anonymous

Because it's not about honoring RBG, it's about advancing the ideology. Destroy tradition, worship abortion, destroy family, worship satan, destroy morals, worship criminals, destroy logic and law and justice, worship social justice. Erect horned statues and get offended when someone points out that you erected a horned statue.

It's probably not a big deal.

It's hilarious and also really sad that so many useful idiots defend it, too. "Huh? Why do you care, weirdo!?" Like, sorry for pointing out an inconvenient truth, but getting mad at me is just working against humanity. They made the statue look like that for a fricking reason. People really don't just do random things with no motivation, you can't just say who cares.

He sacrificed himself and gave his own flesh for his followers to eat, that is an inversion. You can't point to the direct opposite of something and say it's the same.

Considering that (from an ethnic roman perspective) Christ was a dude involved in a minor religious disturbance on the frontier of the empire concerning a religious group no one cared about, that's a pretty typical time for that info to reach them.

relatively few historical figures have contemporary sources about their lives. the earliest source about pythagoras is from hundreds of years after he died.

bro what? israelites rejected and killed jesus. The core idea of christianity is a god that instead of asking for sacrifices, ends the whole practice forever by offering himself as a sacrifice for humanity. It's a complete anthropological revolution that uprooted an institution as old as humanity. Comparing this to sacrificing children and enemies is deranged paganboo rambling.

Fremont street is fun if you set a budget and go with good friends. It's like a micro-strip. Old school smaller casinos and touristy stuff. You can branch out from there to do wilder things if you want, or you could spend an entire day/night just on Fremont with a couple hundred dollars.

      Anonymous

the strip is an impressive spectacle if you're not used to being in a giant metropolis, it can be fun to just spend a night walking around
there are restaurants and shows everywhere at a range of prices
you are also within day trip distance of the hoover dam, lake mead, several smaller state parks, and parts of the grand canyon
if you go during the weekday hotels and flights can be pretty cheap

i mean... how would you MAKE money?
the attraction can be seen for FREE from miles away.
if it was inverted and you had to go inside (pay) and see this massive sphere screen then i get how that makes and loses money but i really dont know how it would ever actually make money.
imagine if they made an imax screen this size in the middle of vegas and it was just outside for everyone to see and they played the latest movies on it
    how would that make money?

I'm gonna be in Vegas this week. I may try and see the Darin Aronofsky documentary tomorrow night. If I don't, no biggie. The F1 race is making the whole area tough to get around.
A perfect band for the Sphere would be TOOL. If they set dates, I'll be going for that for sure.
