i don't think iron giant and prince of egypt are very similar at all
but they're quality animation
is kirikou quality animation?
Titan AE
Nadia of the Blue Water has similar vibes to these if you dont mind tranime
>similar vibes
Atlantis is literally a ripoff. Don't get me wrong, it's a good movie, but it is a ripoff.
I
AM A QUESTION TO THE WORLD
Sinbad
Atlantis was shit.
Treasure Planet was boring. Weak story, dialogue and humor
Titan AE.
all the animations noted in this thread so far are the most mid pieces of video you will ever see, i know they have their highlights but none of them come together coherently at all. just probably the nature of working art into something so heavily directed at a financial product due to phenomenal cost involved.
>mid
have a nice day zoomer
i'm 27 sorry dad
Anything below 35 is a zoomer, sorry to tell you kiddo.
>Atlantis
Pure kino
>Treasure Planet
Reddit shit
Titan AE sucked. Bad screenplay. I only liked the prologue
It did kinda fall off in the third act but the rest with it's world building was really cool. Can't get much more 2000 than that
nothing interesting happens in the middle either. It was a dull sci fi adventure
Yeah. Shame about the screenplay. But I liked what an unlikable butthole Cale was at the start.
i liked Atlantis far more than Titan AE and Treasure Planet. Milo's personality was more enjoyable than Cale and Jim's personalities
Well Milo was basically just Jackson.
That jap ripoff Nadia something was pretty cool.
Space Ace
>Titan AE, Atlantis, Treasure Planet
whether you like it or not, Shrek has a better script and more entertainment value than all of them
The Road to El Dorado
why? Because it came out around the same time?
You know why.
damn
Because it's pretty much same as Atlantis but better
More fanservice. Less feminism.
>Quality animation.
>Full of moronic feminist propaganda.
>Female cohero. Female villain. Female mechanic.
LMAO
>UGHHH I CAN'T WRAP MY HEAD AROUND FICTIONNNNN
lol there's living females in your local town/city that know more about mechanics/cars/electronics than you do anon
get it together
was the only solid answer
things like Tarzan and Sinbad might be a little closer to what you're looking for but -
there were older movies with quality animation (for their time) that had the same feeling that OP's inquiring about, things like Fern Gully, Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland, The Secret of NIMH, An American Tale and Bartok the Magnificent can be a place to start
I CAN'T WRAP MY HEAD AROUND FICTIONNNNN
bs excuse
>lol there's living females in your local town/city that know more about mechanics/cars/electronics than you do anon
>get it together
There aren't and there certainly weren't in 1900.
I'm sorry you feel intimidated by fictional characters in fictional worlds and fictional settings enough to b***h about them on Cinemaphile. :')
I'm mad at lies, you are mad at truth.
Seethe, cope and dilate.
I like Anastasia, I don't know why many people don't.
