There are limits though, because girls do care about looks. A lot. There's a reason girls are going crazy for Feyd but not the Baron, even though they're both psycho and are deliberately presented as similar in DUNC 2.

So do you just eat 1 burger per day or something? Yes I am trying to lose weight. I lost 10kg in 6 months. I eat the same food every week mostly and weigh the portion for my dinner. I used to eat 500 grams of whatever I was cooking and now I eat 350 grams. That's all I did to lose the 10kg slowly. I'd like to lose another 8 to 10kg but the idea of eating even less food seems hard for me now as I am always hungry. I know people say count calories but because I cook my own shit with lot of different things I am too lazy to work out the calories, weighing the end product is easier for me.

I eat until I'm full, which doesn't take much. If it were up to me, I'd eat around 1k calories per day, so that can mean a breakfast of one apple and a cup of tea (that's around 200 grams max), and, for example, a burger and fries for the rest of the day (so anywhere between 500 to 600 grams). I'd snack on chocolate throughout the day too, or have another cup of tea, or biscuits.
I do count calories, because I'm trying to get to 2k per day. I used to weigh even less a year ago (39 kg) and I'm pretty happy to have reached 45 now.
I use an app that keeps counts of calories, and I cook my own food too usually. I don't weigh it, I just do rough estimates. It does take a bit of discipline, but it's worked so far.
