I know Dracula by Coppola (meh), Nosferatu by Herzog (ehh, decent I guess), Vampires by Carpenter (campy trash but fun to watch), Interview with a vampire (didn't like it except for Cruise performance), ''Dracula Untold'' (trash), ''Only Lovers Left Alive'' (zzz). Can't think of others I have watched right now, are there actual decent movies involving vampires? It seems to me most movies about vampires suck for some reason
the twilight series unironically, me and my sister watched them all as a kid, she had a crush on the werewolf guy and i had a crush on the vampire guy
I only watched the first one and while it was a cheesy romance movie it nailed the feeling of living out in Washington state perfectly.
breasts or GTFO.
Lost Boys
Fright Night is nice.
This one is good too.
This one sucks.
Kino.
What we do in the shadows
That’s a fun movie. The series was okay too.
Near Dark
"Near Dark" is pretty good.
Blade Trilogy is good action schlock. Underworld Rise of the Lycans is a genuinely good film. Lost boys, Let the right one in is good. There are a bunch of movies with vampires that are decent.
huh, I posted mine earlier. Will post again
for the guy asking, my clan was lasombra. I need to serve a latex lasombra queen in nyc in 1989
Oh hey that was me, I was drunk and forgot about it, thanks for answering. For me, it's Tzimisce.
dracula has been lame and gay this entire time. blade trilogy is the only good attempt
Daybreakers
From dusk till dawn
Lost boys
The blade movies
Watch these very very late at night
Vampire's Kiss or Renfield both have Nick Cage.
For me it's
Kino chart.
The original Nosferatu is still the best horror kino ever made.
Queen of the Damned
From Dusk Till Dawn
and that's it. Along with all the previously mentioned films is about the best you can get involving vampires.
>VTMB
god damn it, reinstalling
I know about the reinstalling meme but is the game really that good? I'm not a huge vampiregay and have never had any interaction with the World of Darkness franchise. I'm just an rpg sperg with a high tolerance for jankiness.
It's pure sovl. If you like ambiance, early 00's corny edgyness and feeling immersed in a setting you'll enjoy it.
>I'm just an rpg sperg with a high tolerance for jankiness.
It is one of maybe 3 video games that are actually well written. I too have no idea how any of the world of darkness stuff works but VTMB is without a doubt my favorite PC RPG ever.
>samegay
It's also one of the few RPGs I have ever played where the player class (tribe) you choose meaningfully affects the story and the experience. I rolled a Ventrue I think on my first playthrough, the aristocratic charmers who can't drink the blood of the lowborn, turns out there's a whole part of the story that takes place in sewers and the only blood sources are rats, which you can't drink. I basically had to sneak around half-dead because anything down there could kill me in my starved state
Or a Malkavian, who are congenitally insane and experience the game like that, have various dialogue trees locked out and experience hallucinations. Don't play that for a first playthrough
or Nosferatu, who look like Nosferatu and thus have to sneak everywhere because they're obviously not human
don't take those for a first playthrough
god damnit it's so good
I was a moron that played Malkavian first and still had a lot of fun. It's definitely not how the game was meant to be played though.
>Don't play that for a first playthrough
Pussy. First time Malk is the best and most authentic way to play them and I'm tired of this meme that you shouldn't do it being parroted to newcomers.
Yeah it's okay. I've only reinstalled like 3-4 times in the last 15 years
It's an 8/10 RPG. Towards the very end it goes moronic with tons of forced combat, then there's the awful forced sewer section, and then there's some boss fights that are a pain in the ass if you don't have a combat focus...
Just make sure you get the flamethrower as early as possible and to have it ready for those segments, makes them really easy.
The only one that gave me trouble was the squid lady
It's great. Ventrue best clan.
I remember really enjoying Byzantium but it has been years since I watched.
She looks like a Sims 2 sim.
>VtMB and Sims 2
Both are incredible.
I remember Sims 2 having a nightlife-focused expansion where vampires are a pretty big gameplay mechanic. Being in the early 2000s as well it felt strangely similar in tone to VtMB in a way.
>rates Carpenter Vampires the best out of all those
jesus christ you have shit taste. stop posting here
I didn't, I said it was ''campy trash'', it was fun to watch if you take for what it is (b-movie shlock)
The first half of The Hunger is pretty good. Once Susan Sarandon is the focus it loses steam, but it's still worth a watch.
Nosferatu > Tremere > Malkavian > Ventrue > Gangrel > Toreador = Brujah
>fricking nossies as #1
>tremere as #2, fricking false vampires who stole their powers and are basically just blood mage b***hES
>malks based schizos, but deserve higher
>ventrue needs higher
>gangrel needs to be last
>toreador needs to be WAY higher
>brujah last is your only correct part on the list, but putting them equal to toreador...
By allah you shall taste my shoe you fricking imbecile
I played Toreador because the idea of being a vampire who used guns and celerity was absolutely radical and the melee animations in that game suck dick.
cute pig tails. i wanna pull them while i frick her ass and pussy from behind, then spin her around and make her clean the shit residue off my member with her mouth
Good morning sir
Vtmb2 is going to be dogshit, isn't it bros?
>video game developed after the 00's
Probably.
Confirmed. The game was so fricked that Paradox killed the company working on it and fired the writers and the trailer from last year was hilariously bad like it was an Ubishit game
>Vtmb2 is going to be dogshit, isn't it bros?
>none of the original writers
here's your lead writer bro
Would facefrick.
Was there ever any doubt?
>that VtM show that aired on Fox in the mid 90s
How was it?
Only one Rollin mention in here so I gotta tell you any Jean Rollin vampire movie but ESPECIALLY lost in new york
don't mind if I do
>30 Days of Night
Scary vampires massacre a secluded town in Alaska
>The Hunger
A slow artsy movie from the 80s with David Bowie and Susan Sarandon. I remember seeing the beginning of American Horror Story season that used the plot and premise of this movie.
>Daybreakers
Vampirism is spread virally so all of society are vampires now trying to survive on a limited supply of blood.
>Fright Night (1985)
Campy 80s film where the new neighbor is a vampire. Really cool practical effects and makeup in this one.
You're just a moron who probably just doesn't like vampire movies if you think Herzog's Noseferatu and Coppola's films are average at best films. The fact these other morons are genuinely giving you suggestions after reading that speaks volumes about this board.
Lol
Frick off, philistine.
>Frick off, philistine.
Go back to bed Francis!!!FACT!!!
I will never forgive the showrunners for ruining her story.
Muh Katerina
Sarah Gadon was in 3 vampire kinos
>The Moth Diaries
>Dracula Untold
>Vampires vs the Bronx
I honestly love you because despite being a deranged lunatic you actually always add to the discussion...as long as it's somehow related to Sarah Gadon. It's like six degrees of Kevin Bacon.
When will vampires be saved in the mainstream? Who will make a piece of media that restores their fame and status? They're overplayed cliches apparently but yet incredibly underused in terms of actual vampiric mythology.
How would you get the kids to come out? Cast a gothgf influencer in a supporting role?
Selling vampires to zoomers should be easy but nothing is happening.
I think about this video game a lot.
I’m not sure why
The Blade movies with Wesley Snipes. Cant believe non of you Black folk have posted it yet.
The Bloodthirsty Trilogy
Great Japanese vampire movies with wonderful atmosphere....
?si=1nISTdyMcrhnhaT5
!!!FACT!!!
Dusk Til Dawn by Tarantino; also campy trash but fun.
The best vampire movies were made by Hammer. They understood best that vampirism makes women loose, and that was what made those movies fun.
Not seen the films as they were before my time, but there was a series of vampire horror films called "Twilight" which was popular.
They had the bloke who plays Batman in them, so are probably pretty kino.
>tfw no vampire gf
The 1977 version of Dracula is by far the most faithful to the books. Pretty atmospheric too.
