Omniman couldn't hurt her since she's physically invulnerable outside of spacetime stuff. So just trading punches wouldn't do anything to her but he'd be turned to pulp sooner or later.
He'd have to win by grappling her into space or the ocean or something but she's also a master martial artist and probably at least as strong as he is so that's still not an easy win.

Also Scion is way stronger than Nolan and Khepri with her parahuman army dropped him. Scion couldn't even harm Alexandria's body until he resorted to some negate durability ability and Nolan is a pure flying brick so he can't pull that out of his ass.

Is Alexandria really that special? She died to inhaling bugs. It feels like Omniman or literally any basic superman hero would eventually try choking her out when punching and laser beams don't do anything and stumble across her "I CAN'T BREATHE" weakness.

I think it would, even if Nolan couldn't deform her neck enough to cut off air he could get her in a headlock and cover her nose and mouth.
He'd just need a big advantage in strength/speed which Nolan may or may not have. Looking at his low end showings like playing tag with Cecil and killing the GotG, he'd lose against Alexandria ten out of ten times. Looking at the higher end stuff like what he did to the Flaxans and the planetbusting party, he'd absolutely be able to suffocate her.

Yeah, as much as enjoyed Invincible I have to agree Worm is the better story by the raw emotion it can convey.
I still wish Taylor was more bearable before time skip set up.
