thats not how criticism works, there is no reason to criticize a movie for casting white actors, believe it or not sometimes people intend for the character to look a certain way
In EP4, the rebels were all white, but by EP6 Black and Asian pilots had joined them.

Star wars was a relatively low budget movie filmed in England where most of the extras and minor parts were filled by English actors.

The fact that EP4 was inspired by WW2 movies from that time may also be the reason why it's white-only.
