A slow burn “Driving Miss Daisy” type movie where Aunt May’s daily driver is really an enemy of Spider-Man that’s gradually getting information out of her about Peter Parker because he knows Peter is Spider-Man and the film is tedious but ends with an amazing fight sequence between Spider-Man and the driver would be another billion dollar hit like Joker.

In the OP, the centre of the image is his groin between his spread eagle legs, and he's very visibly and forcibly flexing his abs and both his arms, leaning in a deliberate way so the light highlights his muscles. Kraven in the comic cover basically has his torso covered up and a cloth over his groin, and he looks like he's sitting there contemplating his victories. The real Kraven would never sit there and do a gay little pose like a homosexual like in the OP.
