Trailers made it look like that one Squidbillies Halloween episode that suddenly had a much higher budget and production values. Completely ruins the show for me.
Aqua teen, South Park, Squidbilles are all at their best when they look like they have the production value of a ham sandwich.
Occasionally funny but for the most part a massive waste of time. The new animation ruins the humour and the new characters are boring and derivative. Feels like too many cooks in the kitchen. It's got nothing on Beavis and Butthead Do the Universe. So far, Mike Judge is the only one to make a revival work.
I liked it. Flowed better than the first film and the original characters were fine. It was just fun. Neither film are as funny as the show though.
Fake fans. Aqua Colon Movie is a classic and completely in tune with the style of the show. The new movie is just calart diarrhea with generic Seth MacFarlene style writing.
My post never said I disliked Colon Movie. I liked it. I liked this film too. >Seth MaxlcFarlene style writing
I didn't notice any incest jokes, cutaways, or flanderization of the characters.
I thought it was good enough for a movie. Most of the "story" could have been separated into different 15 minute episodes and all worked out better, but there were a couple things I chuckled at. And getting to see how the show would look if it had a proper damn budget was enough of a gimmick that I could enjoy.
You know what would have made the movie better? Halfway through the mooninites' ransom instead of deleting a scene Err ends up deleting the whole movie by accident. They both panic and attempt to restore it but the recovered file is corrupted and the rest of the movie is a complete shitpost of what the original story was supposed to be. I think that would have fallen more into ATHF territory for me.
>markula on the show says he's 4040 >markula in plantasm says he's 40,000 years old
the writers couldn't even be assed to remember their own jokes. even for athf that's lazy as hell.
Oh you watched it? How was it.

I honestly thought the trailers were elaborate fakeouts and the real movie would have nothing to do with them

>a massive waste of time
Isn't that the point of ATHF?
Not in the entertaining way it usually is sadly
It was great.
>Aqua teen, South Park, Squidbilles
You forgot Beavis & Butthead you butthole
Your mother
It can’t be worse than the first film. I love ATHF but that first one sucked ass.

isn't that more a justin roiland thing at this point?
Don't you want Shawn Kemp's autograph?
I actually would. He seemed like a nice guy
I didn't know he was a real player at first and i thought it was a really random lil ugly mane ref
I liked it enough, but not as much as the first movie.
The animation, humor, and story were just so... different. But I still got some laughs, so.
Same

At least we got another great theme song out of this, ATHF always delivers on that front.

It was fine you pansies
It was genuinely bad. It seemed like they forget how to do the comedy
it has Markula so it's a 10/10

he was in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber for awhile
I thought it was fun, but the Mooninite interruptions happened too many times. Funny the first time, not so much second and third
The second time was my favorite. Ignignokt getting mad at Err for trying to be a movie critic was funny.
Who was hotter, the dog shelter lady or the tech support woman?
We all know the based Cinemaphile pick is the slime girl living with her kids in her car.
Tech support lady will never make me not think of pic. W/e her voice actress name is
So which streaming service is this on?
Bluray.
Wow, that just seems kind of cruel to the guys that made it
mega dot nz
It felt like they thought the first movie failing had to do with it barely having a plot, so they overcorrected it for this one.
It wasn't great, however with all the absolute dogshit the cartoon industry pumps out its a solid gold turd and was at least entertaining
