If it’s lunch I’ll get the sirloin steak special which comes with good solid fries, tasty ranch, and a roll of bread with good butter
if it’s dinner I’ll have a big buttered medium rare bone in rib eye with similar sides plus maybe a god tier milkshake
The establishment is very Americana with lots of seasonal/holiday decorations
It's something some fat frick plumber invented in the fifties to help facilitate America's need to be exceptionally obese and disgusting. I think it's just buttermilk and herbs.
Post body in mirror, hold up 4 fingers in one hand to prove it's you. If you're at the gym there should be mirrors everywhere.

Then don't make statements like that if you can't or won't back them up with proof. Your diet sounds horrible. Working out every day or not doesn't mean anything if you can't confirm how intense the workout is. I know people who work out 6 times a week but at average intensity, and with their poor diets they have average bodies with a lot of fat.

cope more fatty, it’s not like I eat at the diner every day, apparently your mind went straight towards assuming something like that for some reason

Just like your mind went straight towards assuming I'm a fatty. Would a fat person critisize another anons high extremely high-fat diet?

high fat isn’t bad? I’m in perfect health according to my doctor and bimonthly blood donations - I’ve done 5 gallons and getting iron is important, in addition to my supplement.
My uneventful diet is a grilled cheese, chicken thighs, chocolate milk, apple with peanut butter, and corn. Keeps me in perfect shape and I just modify the portions as needed to adjust to less or more exercise that I’m doing. And tons of water. Then when I go out to eat I have plenty of beef and might not finish my sides. Tonight I’m having KBBQ with friends for all you can eat beef

So anon treats himself when he goes out to eat and you're convinced he eats like that for every meal?

Yeah, I am, just like you're assuming that's treating himself. Neither of us know. And I don't really care, you should still never eat like that even once

yes it’s kino, if you walk an hour or two a day it’ll burn way more calories than you think, and I use it to think and reflect on my life as a sort of mental gym to self improve my brain. I can’t really get that thinking for jogging so I just do sprints instead

Maybe I should try walking to a place to jog

Funny, jogging helps me think way more, in fact it's scientifically better for thought since it realeases way more endorphins, which improve brain function and spacial reasoning.

Yeah i did soccer a lot as a teen so I get that, it’s just not what my body is specialized for currently. There’s a reason joggers are jacked, it just weighs you down hard. I prefer to just do sprints and it accomplishes what I want for cardio with sex

Sure. Good for digestion, easy on the joints, probably keeps your legs healthy. Obviously not as effective as "real" exercise but its good

>Is walking good exercise?
define "good". it's a hell of a lot better than no exercise, so it's good in that way, yeah. >I walk an hour a day.
you're not burning as many calories as you think, if that's what you're asking.
If he's having both those in one day then he's a fat ass but I don't see how a steak, fries, and some bread is a huge issue. What, is he supposed to eat kale and quinoa?
>Do you really get unlimited coffee refill?
Every single diner I've been to gives unlimited coffee, the first cup is like $2-3 and no normal person is going to drink more than three cups so it's overall a win for the diner.
My local diner has a good eggs benedict. Usually that or disco fries, which are french fries with mozarella melted on top served with a side of brown gravy (I usually eat it with a fork and knife) and it's cheap/filling/delicious. Occasionally I'll get a pepsi with and squeeze a lemon slice into it.
They’re okay
An obese woman, either white or black, will call you sweetheart, offer you some coffee, then take your order for 3000 calories of carbs and grease
The quality at ‘authentic’ ones vary, ihop or Waffle House are the franchise versions and are known for being quite trashy (but overall still enjoyable and with a good cost to calorie ratio)
In a rural area, it may be the only place open for early breakfast and everybody who wants something besides cereal and works before 6am will be there
You don’t have any local cafes or anything? I have like 10 I can think of within a mile. Also have Wimpy for old school burger experience. This thing os god tier. Luckily it’s not a shit one either. But I live in a small seaside town on the very bottom of the South East, which is full of geriatric people. So those establishments can probably get away with it more than a city for example.
sadly where i live the chains have taken over & even they're not doing too well. Lost an ihop & a shari's recently on the same street & it's a main artery
Yeah, they're all over. They have different kinds too. Where I'm at in New England I'm within 20 minutes of maybe 10, 5 of which I actually go to. Each has its own vibe too which is cool >3 of them are part of a family chain and have cheap food that comes out fast and they're usually packed. super clean with lots of merch for sale and local memorabilia on the walls >one is a farm stand that only opens their diner Sunday mornings. cheap and comfy, barely any sitting room and lots of locals >there's the super Republican Trump loving dive that brags about how conservative they are. they charge liberals extra and go out of their way to suck your dick if you're carrying a gun or say you're a vet/firefighter/cop. stupid expensive tho >we also have 2 "hippie" places we can go to that are also very crunchy and serve a lot alternate vegan or healthy options, super clean and friendly with lots of stereotypical hippie decor >there's also the freakishly small one that's just a converted train car that's dirty and greasy but serves a lot of really stereotypical "diner food" like biscuits and gravy or giant stacks of pancakes >the Greek place is OK, also super conservative and dingy. don't recommend bc the food isn't good and it's just kind of gross >and our big go to is the touristy place that's got a bar, ice cream and lots of special coffee drinks right across the street from a beach. cheap and not terrible, you just have to deal with tourists all the time
Diners are genuine americana. I think covid fricked them up a bit because I went back to my old area where I grew up and two of the diners were no longer open 24 hours a day.
I remember reading a story in elementary school where a kid goes to a diner and has a slice of cherry pie and a cold glass of milk. Always sounded so fricking good, but I have yet to try it. Don't know if there are any authentic dinners like this in my area though.
Diners and motels are things that I wish my country had.
Up until about 20 years ago, it would appear that it was pretty easy to live cheaply and well in burgerland.
Now we're all globally fricked by inflation and lack of opportunity, on this race to the bottom called globalism.
Yes, and they are comfy
Next question?
What do you normally order there?
If it’s lunch I’ll get the sirloin steak special which comes with good solid fries, tasty ranch, and a roll of bread with good butter
if it’s dinner I’ll have a big buttered medium rare bone in rib eye with similar sides plus maybe a god tier milkshake

What the frick is ranch
it’s the sauce the Founding Fathers used when they freed the slaves
Jizz?
A delicious dressing: https://www.seriouseats.com/ranch-dressing-homemade-recipe
The premade stuff in the bottle is not as good.
It's something some fat frick plumber invented in the fifties to help facilitate America's need to be exceptionally obese and disgusting. I think it's just buttermilk and herbs.
t. fat ass
Diners are comfy but come on anon clean up your diet
I work out every day, for a few years now, and am a 6’2” bodybuilder
at the gym right now doing shoulders then cardio then I have yoga in 2 hours
>At gym right now

>tasty
no women allowed on Cinemaphile
take yer baby speak and vegana out of my board
How much do you weigh you fat frick
For me, it's country fried steak with extra gravy on the side
Western omelette, or steak and eggs, or biscuits and gravy with some black coffee. Maybe a slice of pie afterwards.
depends on time of day and the menu
You can get anything you want.
>You can get anything you want.
..at Alice's Restaurant.
Tunafish sandwich on wholewheat, slice of cherry pie, and a cup of coffee
>cheeseburger with fries
>anything breakfast related
i miss diners bros
Diner breakfast + coffee is godtier, really feel bad for any 3rdies or euros that never experienced it.
Club sandwich on white and coffee. Almost impossible to go wrong
Fresh greens can go very wrong
I suppose but maybe I’m just lucky. I just like club sandwiches is all
That's cool. I prefer Reubens.
2greasy4me. I think I have a gallstone
Do I have to be a member of that club?
i forgot my card once and it was fine
lol
No, that’s the beauty: the membership fee is included in the price of the sandwich
Usually eggs, little sausages and stuffed hash browns with that cup of coffee that somehow is never empty.
over easy eggs, hashbrowns, side of bacon, cheese grits
for me it's always eggs over easy, bacon, biscuits and gravy
with a coffee

Anything with eggs.
Scrambled
Over easy
Benedict
Just give me some eggs. Plus a tall glass of orange juice (served in a 1970s brown tinted glass)
>waitress asks “what a refill , hun”
Kino
they are. they're kino. the more rural the state is the better they are.
Yeah, they usually have some good burgers too.
Isn't Waffle House just a modern day diner?
They’re okay

I'm in bongland, working class places has been largely been driven out, apart from a few novelty poverty porn places for experiences
Greasy spoons probably died with Thatcher

That saveloy looks like it'll fly out in one bite.
Nah they’re segmented so it comes apart into the sections really easily when you bite it.
>I live in a small seaside town on the very bottom of the South East
I'm going to guess either Eastbourne, or Littlehampton
sadly where i live the chains have taken over & even they're not doing too well. Lost an ihop & a shari's recently on the same street & it's a main artery
As long as you get good servers and not troons and berniebro c**ts, it's entirely dependent on management.
every saturday i get a nice tuna salad sandwich from the nearby diner
maximum comfy
