If it’s lunch I’ll get the sirloin steak special which comes with good solid fries, tasty ranch, and a roll of bread with good butter
if it’s dinner I’ll have a big buttered medium rare bone in rib eye with similar sides plus maybe a god tier milkshake
The establishment is very Americana with lots of seasonal/holiday decorations

Then don't make statements like that if you can't or won't back them up with proof. Your diet sounds horrible. Working out every day or not doesn't mean anything if you can't confirm how intense the workout is. I know people who work out 6 times a week but at average intensity, and with their poor diets they have average bodies with a lot of fat.

high fat isn’t bad? I’m in perfect health according to my doctor and bimonthly blood donations - I’ve done 5 gallons and getting iron is important, in addition to my supplement.
My uneventful diet is a grilled cheese, chicken thighs, chocolate milk, apple with peanut butter, and corn. Keeps me in perfect shape and I just modify the portions as needed to adjust to less or more exercise that I’m doing. And tons of water. Then when I go out to eat I have plenty of beef and might not finish my sides. Tonight I’m having KBBQ with friends for all you can eat beef

yes it’s kino, if you walk an hour or two a day it’ll burn way more calories than you think, and I use it to think and reflect on my life as a sort of mental gym to self improve my brain. I can’t really get that thinking for jogging so I just do sprints instead

Every single diner I've been to gives unlimited coffee, the first cup is like $2-3 and no normal person is going to drink more than three cups so it's overall a win for the diner.

My local diner has a good eggs benedict. Usually that or disco fries, which are french fries with mozarella melted on top served with a side of brown gravy (I usually eat it with a fork and knife) and it's cheap/filling/delicious. Occasionally I'll get a pepsi with and squeeze a lemon slice into it.

An obese woman, either white or black, will call you sweetheart, offer you some coffee, then take your order for 3000 calories of carbs and grease
The quality at ‘authentic’ ones vary, ihop or Waffle House are the franchise versions and are known for being quite trashy (but overall still enjoyable and with a good cost to calorie ratio)
In a rural area, it may be the only place open for early breakfast and everybody who wants something besides cereal and works before 6am will be there

Luckily it’s not a shit one either. But I live in a small seaside town on the very bottom of the South East, which is full of geriatric people. Yeah, they're all over. They have different kinds too. Where I'm at in New England I'm within 20 minutes of maybe 10, 5 of which I actually go to. Each has its own vibe too which is cool
    >3 of them are part of a family chain and have cheap food that comes out fast and they're usually packed. super clean with lots of merch for sale and local memorabilia on the walls
    >one is a farm stand that only opens their diner Sunday mornings. cheap and comfy, barely any sitting room and lots of locals
    >there's the super Republican Trump loving dive that brags about how conservative they are. they charge liberals extra and go out of their way to suck your dick if you're carrying a gun or say you're a vet/firefighter/cop. stupid expensive tho
    >we also have 2 "hippie" places we can go to that are also very crunchy and serve a lot alternate vegan or healthy options, super clean and friendly with lots of stereotypical hippie decor
    >there's also the freakishly small one that's just a converted train car that's dirty and greasy but serves a lot of really stereotypical "diner food" like biscuits and gravy or giant stacks of pancakes
    >the Greek place is OK, also super conservative and dingy. don't recommend bc the food isn't good and it's just kind of gross
    >and our big go to is the touristy place that's got a bar, ice cream and lots of special coffee drinks right across the street from a beach. cheap and not terrible, you just have to deal with tourists all the time
