Bill hasn't had a stand up special in years, judging him by the scraps he threw at Friends That Kill is dumb. Those are just some up and comers he has a stake in, with a few bored B-list stand up comedians thrown in. The bigger names did not give it their best stuff, which should tell you something.
Tha being said, I would give this a 50/50 shot. Bill isn't hungry or angry anymore which fed a lot of his old material. From his podcast, seems like most of his time is spent producing, editing, and hanging out with his kids who make him feel satisfied with life. There's no comedy in being comfortably successful. Carlin, whom I dont particularly enjoy, was probably the only comic who was able to maintain quality after mainstream success -- but that's because his brand was about something deeper than the day-to-day, which Bill lacks.

A "joke" that was used to promote his newest special is him getting angry over having to download an app for a toaster and his daughter telling him to not get angry. Bill just isn't funny anymore.
