they are realizing that stretching 2 hour long movie stories into 5-10 hr long tv shows with mostly boring filler is leading to fans dipping out of the mcu, plus it's having kevin feige be stretched too thin, having to keep up on the production of multiple tv shows, with multiple episodic scripts etc., and the quality is declining.
