1. The PC character doesn't need a body. Classic Disney shorts often worked with a disembodied and somewhat antagonistic narrator. Make her just a dialog box with a trans flag color palette. Attach it to the interior of the panels but have Roxanne throwing it away in the last panel for just the right amount of absurdity.
2. Extended the fifth panel to the entire page with evenly spaced 2x2 panel layout over it but keep the action in the lower right. Anything to get rid of white space. Fill in the top right with an elaborate title card.
3. Keep the word balloons inside the damn panels.
