You hear stories all the time of Japanese artists who draw both h and non-h comics, but what are some examples of western artists who double dip? I know about Mariano Navarro who does a lot of work for Botcomics as well as some DC stuff, but what are some other examples?

Fred Perry. He goes by "Booty Doc" for his H stuff. The X-Men Rogue comic he did was hot.
Perry more like is a full time porn artist at this point, who rarely ever remembers he has an actual published comic to work on, I can only guess people are bankrolling his porn works better than buying his actual comic.
I agree. I mean, respect for a guy that has done 338 issues of a comic mostly by himself and he wants to end the series on a grand note for issue 350, but it has gone way off the rails. They are currently fighting planet size villains who can destroy a solar system, and those are the grunts. I just want to look at cheetah breasts, not read a dozen double page spreads of cosmic exposition that comes out once every three months. He is years behind at this point.
