Azula would be going out of her mind trying to train well enough to join her father in the war, but there are no teachers or scrolls in the South Pole, so she would be self-taught but incredibly frustrated. She would still be incredibly agile, but her water bending effectiveness could vary widely depending on the needs of the story, but she would be very quick to pick anything up.
Zuko would take his job as the last warrior in the village very seriously.
