The star wars videogames that came out during that early 2000s era were pure kino
So were the 90s games
I'm no Jedi. Just a guy with a lightsaber and a few questions.
Shadows of the Empire
Rogue Squadron
X-Wing/Tie Fighter
Dark Forces/Jedi Knight
Rebel Assault 1+2
Masters of Teras Kasi (shit game but still kino)
*sips* yup, that was the greatest time ever to get into Star Wars and the last time it was magic.
You guys remember the Twisted Metal Star Wars game they made? This shit was so cool.
for me it was the fighting game
HOAR
>shit
>shit
JEDI POWER BATTLES b***hes!
Plot Koon was my main coon
Port Man was my main poon
>Plot Koon was my main coon
>Port Man was my main poon
What happened? There were tons of SW vidya back then and after the acquisition there are, what, like three of them?
Disney gave exclusive rights to EA.
The newer Battlefront 2 wasn't bad, I liked the arcade mode, I liked mowing through rebel scum as Vader. And the space dogfighting was pretty fun too.
The Jedi games with that weird looking ginger was basically dark souls with Star Wars. didn't get into it as much but it wasn't terrible. Except the bug eyed black wench that seems to appear in a lot of vidya nowadays.
>The newer Battlefront 2 wasn't bad, I liked the arcade mode, I liked mowing through rebel scum as Vader.
Got my nephew this game, I didn't play it long, but long enough to realize playing as General Greivous or Yoda was the shit.
The multiplayer was a reskinned Halo.
Still pretty fresh for me but I didn't get into Halo even when I had a 360.
My nephew actually got me into Battlefront 2, he was 8 years old and I watched him start and deliberately choose Han Solo. I decided to give it a chance for my little buddy. Sometimes we play it online and I let him win when he chooses the Falcon, just so he believes it's truly unbeatable. He actually likes the original trilogy over the sequels but he loves Darth Maul. Which I did too when it Menace first came out
Reminder all nu wars is homosexual shit.
>What happened? There were tons of SW vidya back then and after the acquisition there are, what, like three of them?
Disney shuttered LucasArts and gave EA exclusive rights to make SW vidya.
The SNES games really grundled my girdle.
But Revenge of the Sith on PS2 and the first two Lego Star Wars games? That's when movie based games really came into their own.
Side note: The Warriors on PS2? Commercially and Artistically even.
This guy sounds like a bit of a homosexual but I know how he feels. I was the only person I knew who could make through
I'm not a homosexual, I just appreciate kino movies and vidya.
agreed. But I liked the end of that movie where Darth Vader goes ballistic on the rebels.
I meant the guy in the link I posted
R1 was homosexual shit. It fooled a lot of dumb frick casuals though.
>But I liked the end of that movie where Darth Vader goes ballistic on the rebels.
You are the problem.
>The SNES games
Holy frick that just brought back some ancient memories
>tfw KOTOR is 20 years old in July
FRICK
The shadow of KOTOR 3 still haunts me
I really don't like this meme format. I'm not sure what it is exactly or how to articulate it, but I know that it rubs me the wrong way. Anyone else? The part that really gets to me is the repeating of the question. I just don't like it.
It was the original reddit protomeme format, it doesn't work today. Zoomers don't have the attention span for it
How many vaccines have you had?
It's called autism and the only way to get over it is early childhood trauma, which is also the only way to make it worse. Good luck.
didn't bother me but now that you mention it, the last panel would be far better if it truncated the question, in this case just "....right?" or in this one
"annie which one" with no question mark. it's the exact repetition that makes it awkward
I think if the last panel was left blank without text it would work much, much better.
I loved the super star wars games and kotor
Not until May but don't remind me. First SW film I saw in theatres (I begged my parents to take me to Phantom Menace but they refused. Ended up getting a bootlegged copy a few weeks after release though)
I miss the hype I had for these movies growing up, seeing them in theaters was the greatest shit (especially Phantom Menace).
>seeing coruscant on the cinema screen for the first time
I always really liked the scenes in that city, Disneywars feels so small scale compared to it.
>tfw watched it with my dad 6 times in the theater
>turned out dad didn't even like Star Wars when he was younger, he just pretended to because he knew I did
T...Thanks Dad, you've always been the best.
sounds like a pedophile
thas right FRICK YOUR FEELS
>"daddy touched my Secret No No Place."
and you licked the chocolate off his fingers young cuck.
Relative to their budget it’s probably one of the ugliest movies ever. PT still used some practical effects and ROTS had better cgi so AOTC is just the awkward middle child.
AotC was meh but pretty much all the supplementary material that came out around it was fricking God Tier.
>Clone Wars micro series
>OG Battlefront 1&2 games
>Jedi Knight 2&3
>Republic Commando
>Republic Comics
>Clone Wars novels
>Galactic Battlegrounds
>The Episode 2 Tie-in game
>KOTOR 1&2
etc.
Frick, I want to go back so bad. Star Wars was so cool during the CWMMP.
Just be glad that we got to enjoy SW when it was still good. I pity the zoomers/alphas that have to grow up with Disney Wars.
this one didn't trigger my autism. we're making progress
I miss arguing over the six movies ranked. For me it was always 4>6>5>3>1>2
