They burned through something around 100 million dollars in six months and were completely broke by then. The speed on the growth was to go from zero to like 10 million subs on youtube in less than a year. Complete hubris.

I can’t remember, I think someone was talking about the E3 coverage on steam/tf2/gamefaqs and I found out you could watch it on G4. Looking back I can’t even imagine how they filled 24 hours up when they only had xplay, aots, and reruns of cops and ninja warrior.
Visited my cousins, and my aunt stole cable before it was scrambled. It was before aots. Where they had arena, cheat and some other simple shows. Arena was basically like watching esports with commentary but weeks delayed. Watch cs 1.6 with a narrative was neat
I just stumbled across it when i was a kid in the early 2000s. Sometimes i watch old xplay episodes amd cinematech on youtube just for the hell of it. Looking back, there was a ton of great games that were being churned out left and right. Nowadays, its nothing but pointless remakes and, if im being honest, i dont see it getting any better.
