FPBP
This. The writing was atrocious.
THe guerilla raids of the bad batch in the early imperial imperial era where instrumentally in the Empire abandoning clone R&D
The Bad b***h XD
What the frick, anon. My brother died that way
Blue board
watched few wpisodes of first sesone, dropped this crap
I made it 10 minutes into the first episode before turning it off and never looked back. I just don’t understand the people who watch these shitty cartoons.
>Cinemaphile, where anons discuss NOT watching tv.
I think this is the wrong board 4U
>3 years
This statement alone was enough to make me consider suicide.
The only good thing about the show is the clone sniper
Go away shill. Not watching TROS tie in Palpatine clone bullshit
gay homosexual armor design. all look different yet completely bland and unremarkable. should've just stopen the republic commando looks
What went so wrong?
Clone Wars (2008) destroyed star wars forever.
Literally it's just this. Get rid of everything Disney and TCW related and Star Wars would improve a thousand fold.
I don't think Star Wars fans ever gave a shit about TCW or Rebels until Disney bought it and people got nostalgic for lame kids shows. There are a couple decent ideas in there but nothing to watch all of it for
they should have worked for the empire for some time doing bad shit until they switched sides. basically like crosshair did instead of turning in episode 1. Literally the same problem the battlefront 2 story had.
I'm genuinely surprised they havent gone this route before, the fans loved playing as the 501'st in the OG BF2 storymode
They always take the lamest approach to everything. Couldn't even keep Cody a loyal imperial, had to turn him into a good boy
Because playing as the villain and having villain protags are bad or something.
Reminder all nu wars is homosexual shit
Ohmeegha making the show into a story about constantly babysitting her instead of a gritty post-Order 66 show about clones coping with the slow rise of the empire, forced to put down rebellions in republic territories, hunting down rumours of jedi, and eventually being phased out because they're getting old. Instead the empire is almost exactly as it was in ANH sans stormtroopers and star destroyers a week after Order 66 and there's a bunch of bullshit about palpatine clones that doesn't go anywhere. The writers are fricking hacks.
>noooooooo Star Wars should be dark, gritty and mature!!!
Episode 6 sucked ass
Especially all the ewok parts
Women writing
this had 0 cultural impact but TCW was nuclear fricking explosion of star wars
Omg is it over millennialsisters?? How many funko pops did you buy op? I got all of them and the limited editions (cost me the money i had saved for a down payment on a house but oh wells) my SO is going to kill me LOL
Oh look! It's the Sad Batch!
Just found out they killed Scorch. Glad I dropped this slop after that nothingburger first season.
Seriously? Did we at least find out anything about what happened with the rest of Delta?
No, lol. They were not even fricking mentioned.
This was humiliation ritual, unironically.
>bring back beloved legacy character
>strip him of his personality
>strip him of his history
>reduce him to a bodyguard henchman who is only good at stunning literal children
>kill him embarrassingly without him even putting up a fight
Damn. And people want Starkiller brought back into canon as an Inquisitor
The Inquisitors were lame as all hell.
Starkiller sucked.
The disney recipe. Keep slopping it up though Im SURE it will get better LMAOOOOO
the people who write Star Wars now have such a hatred for it.
Reminds me of that interview with someone who worked in X-Men '97. He said that a requisite to work in that project was being a fan.
Not being a fan was the reason why so many Star Wars works have failed.
>He said that a requisite to work in that project was being a fan.
Then they will just lie and claim they are a fan. There's no way to test or disqualify people trying to work for that show.
Just ask an X-Men fan who their favorite X-Men is and if it's something contrarian other than Wolverine or Cyclops they're probably a fan
I’m glad Sev is fricking dead. They can’t ruin him. What an absolute joke.
>bait the audience with Scorch for three seasons
>kill him off unceremoniously without even touching on the rest of Delta Squad
Much as I despise the latest buzzword, "humiliation ritual" is the apt way to describe this. Was this Filoni's way of saying "frick you" to the people who preferred Republic Commando over Bad Shart?
Lucasfilm had to tick off the obligatory "make sure you piss off older fans" checkbox
His game isn't even canin moron. Sev didn't die.
>noooooo you can't kill some random videogame character
Lol, based. I love Filoni.
frick this shit, and the whole premise was based on his game to begin with
they already did kind of, in Ahsoka there's a black knight not-Sith minor antag voiced by Sam Witwer with a filter and the only thing that he says before dying like some jedi in his game (with a nonsensical force user explosion) is quote prequel Anakin
Heros!
>have you modified your uniform?
Any clone trooper who personalizes his armor should be sent back to the reclamation chambers on Kamino and melted down into onions reddit.
clone force 99
its a experimental special forces unit
Commandos and ARC Troopers exist.
Woah they got Ser Royce in Stor Wors?
Wasted potential show ruined by women.
Omega is the biggest Mary Sue character. Everyone likes her, she redeems Crosshair, becomes a rebel soldier/pilot in the end, Legendary Clone Commandos each treat her like an equal and a father figure to her, is the special child of master Geneticist Nala Se.
I wouldnt be surprised if the entire show was basically the power fantasy and daddy issues of the head writer projected onto the screen. Tech probably represented her real father who died when she was young and the rest of the cast represent various foster father figures.
Good finale. 18+ Omega is hot as frick. Wonder how Sheev got his force clones in the end with Tantiss being a complete failure.
the Empire had a backup of the databanks.
Tarkin knew the score
Nobody watched this
i watched it after work
Reminder all nu wars is homosexual shit
WOW IT'S OVER - BAD BATCH SEASON 3 FINALE REVIEW AND BREAKDOWN
Reminder all nu wars is homosexual shit
I hated the ending so much holy shit
>lives happily ever after on the planet that the empire found on just a few episodes ago
????????????????????????????
happily ever after on the planet that the empire found on just a few episodes ago
But anon you dont understand! They blew up the database. That means the Empire forgot where it was. No one else wrote down the coordinates 🙂
Who is your fav bad batch Soldier ?
Anyone who answers anything but Crosshair is just being a contrarian for the sake of being a contrarian.
Tech by far! I just love how he is skilled in combat AND technology, most of the times characters are one of the two. Plus, those DC-17’s look awesome on him and gotta love the helmet.
Hunter if he did literally anything. Seriously building up Crosshair so much only to have Hunter be the only one to say goodbye to Omeega was kind of lame
All this series did was prove that Filoni can't commit to shit and his entire writing style is endless cameos and loose threads for potential later cameos even if they don't make any sense at all and spit in the face of established canon e.g. Ventress.
Filoni didn't write this. It was the same chick who wrote the Resistance cartoon that nobody watched.
Filoni is overall Executive Producer and oversees the entire animation division. Stories do not get made without his approval.
We've known this about Filoni from the start but only now do people agree.
Bleak.
Turns out it really was a BAD Batch
They introduced 20 different mysteries and explained none of them. Not a SINGLE mystery was explained:
1. Who was Omega and why was she created? Why is she a girl and not another Clone of Boba Fett? Is she a clone of someone else?
2. What is project necromancer? What is M count?
3. What are Clone operatives? Why are they stored in cold storage? Why does it take like 12 blaster bolts to kill a single one? Are they zombies? Are they dead?
4. Who was Clone X? The ending just impales him on spear and explains nothing. Was he tech? Why was he so familiar with Bad Batch tactics and ideas?
5. What happened to all the Kaminoans the Empire took from Kamino?
6. Why blow up Kamino when Tarkin was going to b***h so much about how expensive the Mount Tantiss project was and steal its funds? The Empire could have just used their already advanced cloning facilities that already existed on Kamino. Just confiscate and blockade the planet. Tarkin wouldn't b***h so much and they would have Saved a ton money of money on costs.
7. What makes Omega's blood special?
8. Why didn't the Empire create any backups on the extremely important data of Mount Tantiss??? Not a single backup at all? Just one room with the servers. That's it?
9. What happened to the Entire mountain base filled with Clone Commandos? They all disappeared in the finale.
10. What was in the red glowing tube in the vault?
11. If the Empire needed force sensitive children, why did the Emperor order Anakin to murder all the younglings at the Jedi Temple?
12. What was the giant mecha Gundam robot on that one planet. Does no one care that it has a giant death laser that blows up mountains?
13. What happened to the Zillo Beast on the planet
14. Did they only make ONE clone of the Zillo Beast? Just one???
15. Did they manage to create armor of the Zillo beast?
16. Did the Empire really not revisit Pabu to get Omega? Hundreds of Clones and Stormtroopers know about it now. It's not a secret.
A lot of those questions you could answer yourself by connecting the dots easily. The rest are "be sure to tune into the next Star Wars 3D animated show"
>connecting the dots
If you are so smart then answer them yourself. Answer the first one. Why is Omega a girl?
Because Disney has been trying to get young girls into Star Wars for over a decade. She's also older than the main clones so clearly just an experiment. That scientist is also a female clone just with the accelerated aging intact
>Because Disney has been trying to get young girls into Star Wars for over a decade.
1. Women have already been into Star Wars for years. Do you not remember the millions of Slave Leia, female Jedi, and female cosplayers that show up to conventions over the past 40 years?
2. That's not an in-universe reason.
>1.
this one is genuinely unclear though we can probably infer she was created to acts as a conduit for necromancer
>2.
necromancer is the contingency to resurrect sheev via cloning, m-count is midichlorians
>3.
theyre just strong clones with good armour, this isnt really a mystery
>4.
see above
>5.
probably prison, this is left a mystery so ill give you it but its not really worth exploring
>6.
rampart (who is established as being moronic/butting heads with higher up imps) was behind the destruction of kamino. he also wasnt aware of the endgoals of cloning, as shown in the finale
>7.
this kind of overlaps with q1
>8.
either there were backups that no one was cleared to know about, or the work was so secret backups were deemed a security risk. remember know one even knw the coordinates to tantiss. hemlock was autistic as frick about his secrecy
>9.
the zillo ate them
>10.
what?
>11.
the younglings were training as jedi and loyal to the jedi. more force sensitive kids can always be sought. they pretty much say this explicitly in the scene they introduce the vault to emerie
>12.
not even sure what the purpose of this question is
>13.
its free
>14.+ 15.
actual unresolved mystery. wouldnt be surprised if its revisited in another filoni show
>16.
they explicitly state that with necromancer scrapped and hemlock dead, the empire has no further interest in her
youll get a lot more out the show if youre not scrolling tiktok while you watch, zoomie
>necromancer is the contingency to resurrect sheev via cloning, m-count is midichlorians
Was this actually stated or are you just assuming it?
I remember when fans thought the vault was filled with dead clones of Palpatine.
how autistic are you
Not everyone has watched every piece of old star wars media
I'm pretty sure most if not all people in this thread have seen The Phantom Menace and knew M Count is midichlorians
Most of your answers are just speculation trying to fill in the missing gaps that the writers never explained in the show itself.
Stop trying to do the job of the writers.
Now wait a second. Are you telling me not a SINGLE Clone Commando, Vault guard, or Scientists (that we saw evacuate) survived the attack on Mount Tantiss?
Not a SINGLE survivor of a base that held hundreds of personnel who could tell Tarkin that,
No scientist that could say, "Yes. We were guarding force sensitive children and studying their genetics and taking blood samples."
Or
No guard that could say "One of the labs were destroyed but we have weeks of security footage and reports you can examine"
Or
Anyone that could say "Clone Force 99 attacked us after we raided their planet Pabu in Sector 2314. They were guarding a high priority target dubbed Omega that was vital to Dr. Hemlock's experiments. These are the coordinates of the planet."
Or
Etc etc etc
You are telling us that not a single scrap of evidence or info survived the attack on Mount Tantiss?
Dum dum dum
This entire show is
>Omega escapes
>[filler, filler, filler]
>Omega captured
>[filler, filler, filler]
>Omega escapes
>[filler, filler, filler]
>Omega captured
>[filler, filler, filler]
>Omega escapes
>The End
No refunds. Thanks for watching
Why is almost every new Disney Star Wars show about baby sitting some kid? Is this all the female writers know to write?
only watched season 3, it was ok
Ask yourselves....If this show disnt have amazing animation, would you watch it.
If it looked like the early seasons of TCW definitely not
Everyone has a specialization except for the pale one. Unless I missed it.
So it's just as shallow as all Filoni Wars?
Of course. Probably the most genuine thing it did was kill off one of the main characters
I can't say I disliked it but my only recollections of the show are tedious episodes such as when that female bounty hunter from Mando/Boba Fett appears.
I've never even heard of this show. lmaaaaaoo
bit disappointed we didn't even get one omega taking a shower scene
