Oh there's still time. For instance there's a good chance they're bringing back Ventress in Bad Batch just to have her show up in Ahsoka. Takes a witch to deal with witches or some shitty reasoning like that.
He was a replacement for Durge. They couldn't get that character to work with the tech they had on hand, so Cad Bane was created as a replacement.
Nothing beats this humiliation, though. Hard to believe Aphra is getting ANOTHER ongoing after her last one ended.

No. No it was not. He was also in the Bounty Hunters series, but wasn't much better.
This dude looks weird in a realistic style.

So the praise is coming from the usual people who only like her because she’s gay.

I'm surprised her book is popular at all. Feels like even it hates her. I will admit it has a lot of, what's the term, queer bait? Definitely a lot of gay characters, like a ridiculous amount. Seems like everyone in it is gay or otherwise non-binary, and maybe that's enough to justify its continued existence. Still it feels like everyone hates Aphra and she even hates herself, though she keeps winning and being smarter than everyone regardless and even the people who hate her still love her.
I won't throw around the term mary sue, lord knows that gets abused a lot as is, but her books have always been awful messes as far as I could tell.

I just pretend that Vader actually killed her when she got thrown out the airlock. Just remove those pages from the digital version and we’re good.
I'll agree that ventress will most likely show up in Ahsoka S2
shes another clone wars character to throw in for jingling keys, she's from dathomir and shes morally questionable and a bounty hunter in case there needs to be more lightsaber fights (of which with filoni, there will be more lightsaber fights, even if they're shit)
when the ahsoka S1 finale aired, a bunch of people assumed that the great mothers would ressurrect her and she'd be a baddie, but well, shes back now already so who knows
If she survives Bad Batch and it isn't adapting the novel this time with Sidious electrocuting her during some ill-conceived mission to cut the head off the Empire. At the very least we know she apparently never went back to Dathomir and gave up her witchy sisterhood since Maul cut a deal with their ghosts in Rebels to help bring them back to power - then screwed them over.
well her novel still happened and she still died, just it seems she got better/walked it off
I dont think she'll be hunted by the empire with the exception of inquisitors with a job offer (as she was granted a full pardon before the war ended, and shes not a jedi, and she's probably too insignificant to palpatine for him to care as she was just a tool for his plan to be discarded)
she'll probably get into trouble by either helping the jedi with the hidden path or omega, but we know she just wants to sit everything out at this point (as she says so in dark disciple)

I'm not convinced about that, unless they've said as much. Their promise that all side materials are canon went out the window when Bad Batch retconned Kanan/Caleb's situation during Order 66. Wouldn't have been bad if they'd made it better, but they made it worse, so basic and with no weight or feeling like the comic at least provided.

Seems like this time they're not actually retconning a book

I don't mind that, though I'm a bit dubious about the phrase "align with the events". Feels like weasel words. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind her surviving. That's been a popular theory for the character since we learned Obi-Wan and Vos dumped her in a puddle of Night Sister ichor. That shit is basically pure Living Force and was enough not just to pump Savage Opress up but for a time he was improbably immune to damage, shrugging off concentrated blaster bolts like they were spitballs.

I expect why its worded like that is that they're not really gonna bring it up, as it was in the past (in terms of when bad batch takes place)
so there will be references to it (i.e "I thought you died, how are you alive?") because the events took place already, but it wont be displayed on screen unlike the kanan comic because theres no need to
but yeah, that's the most likely way she is alive now, but I do hope they explain it
although Tales of the Jedi may show the story in animated form, but it was originally 8 episodes in total and I dont think they'd condense it to fit it in

They might. For instance imagine if she has to carry a flash of ichor to drink from routinely to keep herself alive because her resurrection isn't permanent. If I recall correctly she and Vos killed the fish monster the ichor is derived from, so she'd be on borrowed time at best.
I mean they likely won't do that, but they definitely could.

I think she might have gotten lucky in being essentially a fresh corpse that was resurrected
Marrok in Ahsoka is clearly a decayed corpse when the magic escapes him when he dies (you see his body essentially deflate and crumple)
if her ressurection is in a similar way to Marrok, when she gets hurt or cut in any way she'll probably start "bleeding" nightsister magic (like Savage when his arm got cut off), which would be cool to see
I will note though that the waters itself she was buried in are just kinda a normal colour, it only turns green when its made into the waters of life, and it turned green when her body was placed into it despite no sleeper or preperation to make it the waters of life, so it may be a one time use with no downsides, like the magic is making one final use of itself
I think you mean the moment everyone turned their backs on him Bane was rescued by the One True Criminal Overlord of Tatooine Max Rebo who offers Bane a gig.
>They work for the bounty hunter, the masked duros
>....Cad BANE?
mando should'a said
"Lotta loyalty for a hired gun."
>If I pull those tubes off, would you die?
I don't like starwhirs but that's an okay design.
Killed by Boomer Fett with a literal stick.
He was supposed to die back in The Clone Wars. Boba was gonna kill him in a Mexican stand-off. Bane dies and Boba gets the dent in his helmet.
Props to Dave for making an actually cool evil bastard character. Shame he jobs so much.
He was a replacement for Durge. They couldn't get that character to work with the tech they had on hand, so Cad Bane was created as a replacement.
What are the odds this bastard is actually even dead? Does anyone even die in Star Wars anymore?
He didn't show up in Ashoka so I'm guessing he's out.

And now Durge is back. And autistic.

BoBF was his last scene. He's probably buried in a shallow plot in Boba's rancor pit.
I think you mean the moment everyone turned their backs on him Bane was rescued by the One True Criminal Overlord of Tatooine Max Rebo who offers Bane a gig.
I really wish he wasn’t in the Boba Fett series, that way we could’ve had that deleted scene between him and Boba from TCW in the Bad Batch.
>Tell me about Bane, why does he wear the mask?
Seriously though why?
Was there a single episode featuring Cad Bane that was bellow average?
One of the best things to come out of TCW.
I remember that MadTV cartoon mocking his name
God damn does anyone in Filoni Wars stay dead?
