I was in the opening night and nearly everyone laughed at this scene. For the rest of the film they were completely silent. Shiw was like a funeral

Extremely stupid, like every Snyder movie. Biggest hack in Hollywood by far, the fact that he's still popular enough to get blank checks for his shitty movies is insane.
It's just not convincing at all. I don't believe Batman ended his bloody odyssey in Gotham just because of his mother's name. The writer and snyder should have thought of a better way for Superman to inspire Batman to be one of the good guys again.
Did superman shit himself in this scene? This is the closest he's ever been to literally dying, he's getting his ass beat, it's reasonable to assume he didn't retain full bowel control in that trying time

The final fight was a legit mirror of flashbacks showing the death of the Wayne.
