Steve posted a video a couple years ago where he basically said that he was a drug addict and alcoholic. It was really sad.. If I remember correctly he became really depressed in his 20s when his dad died and sold all his belongings, bought a camper van and became a recluse for over a decade. There are photos of him with long hair and a giant beard. He said that he met his wife and she helped turn his life around. 🙁
