Holy shit it's still just as funny as it ever was. No matter how many times it comes back, it's always great. What do you think of Mike Judge's magnum opus?

One of the important things is that Mike takes his time. The series tends to stay dormant for 10+ years between each revival
is there a webrip of all of those remastered episodes yet?

twolipt is getting weird
why do fujos always get off to the weirdest stuff?
and draw it so well?
Women are just as sexual as men on average but generally have to conceal it more, so their sexual frustration builds more internally and finds outlets in increasingly depraved stuff. Women are fricking freaks, and that's a good thing.
>fujoshits represent the average woman
Imagine being this delusional
The average Zoomer woman is a fujoshit.
Again delusional.
I’m glad it’s just more of the same rather than trying to change it up, Mike Judge’s track record with keeping characters consistent is better than most other franchises
I wish Trey & Matt would go back to the old formula of just having the boys go on some wacky adventure around town just to end it with Kenny being killed and them telling us the valuable lesson they learn. Instead it has to be some fricking entire season connected arc that focuses on some parent character dealing with whatever popular news story that everyone is already tired of hearing about by the time they do an episode on it. It just can't be about saving your grandpa from the grim reaper anymore or encountering aliens. It has to be some very specific political or pop culture thing and I'm sick of it. South Park is shit now, Simpsons is shit now, Family Guy has always been shit. The new Futurama is probably going to suck since the last continuation was mediocre. Beavis & Butthead are the only ones that still do it right.
Sounds like a "you" problem.
Not that anon, but he’s right.
South Park’s biggest problem is that it feels mandatory. They don’t seem to really have anything for modern topics, they only cover them like they have to, and it shows. The best seasons were when they just did whatever they felt would be funny (which could reflect something modern if they wanted to), not what is inherently topical.
>them telling us the valuable lesson they learn
Frick. And this is how two idiots ruined a whole generation.
Agreed. They don't need to kill Kenny if they don't want, but more crazy adventures with the boys would be great.
Killing kenny is hot
It’s great. I was baffled when the first two episodes released and anons complained that it was “overwritten”. If anything, I think this season is tighter in terms of humor and making the jokes count. It doesn’t take a lot to make a scenario perfect for Beavis and Butthead, and Judge knows that.
I also think this season really works the contrast on them against every other person in their world. I actually think making the other people extra normal looking works in its favor. The more ridiculously out of place they are, the funnier.
they need to just get rid of the videos and shit.
The videos suck but I'd be lying if I said their commentary is not funny. I always felt the music section of the old shows were not as good as the actual episodes but at the same time, I don't mind them.
Then we would have never gotten Beavis and Butthead ASMR.
That Mummy episode was so fricking funny especially the scene where the girls are paying to get in
>Getting rid of the best part of the show
the videos were never the best part
I'm waiting for the episodes to go online. Weirdly enough nixtoons doesn't even have the 2011 reboot episodes.
The Mike Judge collection comes with all the 2011 episodes.
My only complaint with the series is the background characters, they don't look like mike judge's art style at all
people evolve. Toriyama's style has changed since he started Dragon Ball. Mike Judge's "style" is one of the least important aspects since his characters were always ugly or just straight up mediocre looking
alas poor beavis
Do I need to be an American to enjoy Beavis and Butt-head? Even since a child I force myself to watch it and I never got it.
-Look Beavis a Penis
- hehe *snork hehe
-Take that
-Hehe *Snork snork.
you said enjoy
I never understood people who don't get the subtlety of B&B. It's way more than just them laughing at something that sounds sexual.
Shut up esl.
It's nostalgia, don't even bother
>Beavis & Butthead are only liked because muh nostalgia and cannot be enjoyed now
do zoomers really?
Yeah a better example of this would be a lot of those terrible 80's kids cartoons. B&B are as good as they ever were
no non-american has never understood beavis and butthead, and most americans dont get it either. If you think what they are laughing at is suppose to be the funny part you dont get it and nobody can help you
It's so easy to understand why it's funny. It baffles me how someone can be stupid to not understand. It's like when people watch The Big Lebowski and not understand why it's funny.
>the Big Lebowski
youre making me look bad
Who the frick doesn't like that classic. Next you're going to say you hate The Wizard of Oz.
I watched the first 1-2 episodes and liked, my only gripe is how they look. I don’t like the blatant black border outline look for them.
>I don’t like the blatant black border outline look for them.
What are you talking about. They have always had that
>it always had that
are you bullshitting? the right looks like it was traced
it's called 1080p, buttmunch
They ALWAYS look exactly the same
their linework is thicker, their color palettes are brighter, and they lack a graininess that cel animation lent to them. they do noticeably pop-out from the background much more now. personally i think the look is a definitive downgrade from the 2011 season, but i commend them for making it still feel lively unlike modern simpsons and family guy animation.
>their linework is thicker
no it isn't. if anything it's thinner. see pic related for a simulated VHS quality nu-beavis
the colors are definitely different though. and yeah, they pop out more. probably due to being digitally inked
thinner or thicker, whos gives a shit. No one has ever fricking watched beavis and butthead because of it's gorgeous character designs and high quality animation. It has the technical skills of a child in his 3rd grade art class. It's ugly on purpose and these insignificant changes or not does not effect anyone's enjoyment of the shows unless they're mentally ill and suffer from extreme autism.
I mean, yeah. it's interesting that these days it's cheaper to digitally ink so that's the cheaper look when you think about it. not that it matters much
I've been watching the king turd collection and finding a bunch of bands in the music video segments I didn't know about like cycle bawds from hell. I never saw the show when it was on MTV even though I would have been around 12 then, and I hated the video segments when I watched it the first time maybe in the mid 2000's. it's almost like a new show that way
Only thing you're right about is the colors
Uh yeah okay. I'll have you know I'm an artist, frickbag. Studied for five years, I know what I'm talking about. Can you animate? Can you do the bouncing ball? No. Didn't fricking think so. All you can do is sit on this board and complain like the nasty troll you are. I bet you don't even know what squash-and-stretch even means. I know the difference between red and green.
>I'll have you know I'm an artist, frickbag. Studied for five years, I know what I'm talking about. Can you animate?
show me your work
Suck it.
Anyone got a mega?
>download qbittorrent
>search rarbg.to for the episodes
>magnet
>profit
get on the torrent train friend. you'll kick yourself for not starting sooner
might as well wait unless you really gotta have a total of like 3 episodes right now
Oh I thought they released them all
there was a google drive in a past thread, I didn't save the link. Does anyone still have that GD for B&B episodes?
https://mega.nz/folder/tlRwhK7R#FrjAZ7A4KJWBSVTij9wOLw
Like the other anon, said, only 3 right now.
They're great, though.
not who you responded to but tyvm. i'm gonna get high as shit before i watch.
nice
This new series is good but I’m disappointed that it lacks the punch of the 2011 revival. I know it was never gonna completely match the original series, but when the 2011 show came out it was basically a flawless revival. This new show has some issues and I don’t think it’s as strong as either of the other series so far. It’s still very funny and very entertaining, but episodes like The Special One and Roof have felt a little dragged on and not as funny as they should’ve been.
It makes me happy to see people still enjoy these goofballs
Although special one wasn't as great as I expected
The new show a lot funnier than the recent movie. I never really thought Do America was that funny either though. They work better in 12 minute episodes than in feature length films.
It did kinda bother me how much more basic Beavis' abuse became. Most of Butt-Head's dialogue is nothing more than "damnit Beavis!"
>promo poster shows them at Burger World
>these has yet to have been an episode featuring Burger World
What the frick
