You don't know hoe Saban made their shows? They took footage and costumes from full japanese series, kept the fight scenes, the gianta mosnter scene and refilmed the scens that showed japanese actors.
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was made from Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, Beetleborgs was made from Juukou B-Fighter and B-Fighter Kabuto, saban's Masked Rider was made from footage of Kamen Rider Black RX, Kamen Rider ZO and Kamen Rider J, VR Troopers was a goddamn mess spliced from several Metal Heroes japanese series that had nothing to do with VR or eachother.

Why? I had good times, made good friends and good memories through these shows. I'm not going to have a chip on my shoulder like some rider-belt wearing nerd about not getting the true version, its all in the past.
Watching the Japanese version or the American versions are both a chore as an adult, the differences of the JP originals doesn't matter much because its still very obviously a little kid's show.
