Is it pro-transvestite child grooming liberal propaganda, or just a harmless gag and callback to the old joke of Bugs dressing in drag oh never mind it's 2023 of course it's not an innocent joke, such things don't exist anymore
Yes, I noticed sweetie bird saying "we want equal rights". It totally baffles me when I see a woman crying for equal rights in the year 2023. What the hell rights do women not have, exactly? Or is this show supposed to take place in Iran?
>in the year 2023
Some people said it takes place in the 90's. They use casette tape players and crt monitors for their computers. But its also contradicted by smart phones and fortnite dances.
Between that and the Dizzy thing it feels like the politics were slashed at during production. They even removed a rainbow flag from the background of the drag scene.
I need you to understand something. You have brain problems. The problem is you. If OLD THING came out now, you would call it BAD THING because you are a broken person.
Is that supposed to be Ruthless? Frick. Why they make him ugly? I got nothing against drag if he can pull off a cute femboi twink look but if he's just a dude in a woman's dress with clown make up on, he can just frick off.
Yes.
It's a horribly animated episode and the only one done by Studio Redfrog. It's so bad I can tell selected scenes were redone by Snipple, because those scenes were probably even worse than the rest of the episode was.
I wasn't interested in this show at all, but knowing that there's animation studio sperging makes me think maybe it's enough like the original series that I should give it a chance.
Does anyone do that bouncy wiggle in place dance? You know the one.
Depends on what you were thinking.

It's mostly the latter, but also kind of the former.
Like
said, the RuPaul Drag Race bit only happens at the end. Too bad the designers can't into Buster in drag.
>the designers can't into Buster in drag.
What?
Making him actually attractive would have offended the Drags
The drag show at the end is a bit Ru Paul-esque. The show does have feminist ideology and politics but they're pretty neutered.
>feminist ideology

It's showrun by a radical feminist

She also overthrows a patriarchy sign in the intro
The funny thing is Sweetie is nowhere as hyper-feminist as the intro and lead up promotion suggests

*rainbow
Not a flag but an actual rainbow
it's like people missed the entire concept of why bugs does crossdress. then again so does Cinemaphile
it used to be funny when men dressed in women's clothing. it was just so ridiculous and absurd. It was comical. It was just a joke.
Just a joke
Haha

>If OLD THING came out now, you would call it BAD THING
this remark only applies to reactionary transphobes and not at all to the other side
Liberals think old things are bad, dumbass.
i thought stuff like this was done for shits n giggles

Yes but the rest of the series outside this episode is surprisingly more tame then you think
Yes its a "thinly veiled" grooming episode designed to normalize drag shows in schools. Granted the characters are adults but the show is for kids.
Also they will say Buster is gay in an interview or social media post at some point, show is making it way too obvious
Yes, we all know where this train is headed. Best to get off now and just keep watching cartoons from no later than 2011.
where?
Just watch a few episodes, it becomes very apparent they intend him to be an open-ended homosexual
His phone is pink colored even, not even Babs' is
funny how literally no one but Cinemaphile is talking about this series
Man, Bugs just cannot look bad in a dress, huh?
Bugs is just too hot
