I live in Colorado and most of the people in those mountain towns seem unhinged, dirty and probably stockpiled with weapons. Seriously, mountain people are off their fricking rockers. The ski resort towns are okay but the outskirts have people like this everywhere. The sheriff was bored and has an inflated ego, which again is pretty similar to the cops in those mountain towns. They never get any action so when they see someone going 15 over the speed limit, it's time to go apeshit.
