For some people. You get comfortable and just coast, see movies, go to concerts. Then it's your birthday, then Halloween, next Thanksgiving then Christmas capped off with New Years and you do all the same shit all over again the next year thinking it might be different and it slightly will but usually not enough to be that much different.
There's nothing wrong with it, it just happens and years pass and you don't always realize it. Just try to have some fun and don't intentionally hurt anybody.
I just graduated university and noticed this effect.
I actually felt a kind of peace, like I'm done the tutorial stage or something. I still go out with friends and make stories but day-to-day's relaxed for me.
It's easier when you've got friends who do the same thing. After 16 years I eventually found myself alone working at a dead end job and with no friends.
>my face when I'll never get to watch it for the first time again
This movie gets too much hate. It's ridiculous and goes for easy laughs but that's perfectly fine sometimes. It also made the beginning of the Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back 10x more funny. >porch monkey >"it's okay I'm taking it back
It's fricking hilarious and still holds up, I watch it every now and again because I have a soft spot for it. Even though Smith is now a jorts wearing, taint licking aids patient that cries at superhero movies, he gave us some great movies in his heyday.
What would Kevin Smith be doing if he never made Clerks?

OP get bent we all see you self-bumping your thread. Everyone on Cinemaphile has seen Clerks II, you don't need to do that, this is pathetic.
selling child porn for the luchese crime family. its where he got the filmstock for clerks 1, and he was their cut out during the comicbook and sportscard craze of the early 90s, laundering money for them. all these holier than thou lefty fricks are dirty in it.
they had no other skills
>literally nothing happened for them in between the sequel besides the store burning down
Bros… this isn’t how real life is right?

This is me and I love it, but like Clerks III (I wouldn’t recommended) I realize everyone I love will die

It still feels like 2020.

the store burned down, and they did a lateral move. we know this because the sequel starts off at the place they are working at now
yes and it happens in the blink if an eye too
the quicker stop opened
In an ideal world the animated series was the sequel and went longer than 6 episodes. Those two guys were at least good VAs
if only jay had a talking baby
If only Silent Bob didn’t smoke weed and get aids
>Randall saying "Black person" multiple times in a row in front of black customers and his black boss
I work at Mcdonalds and do this
I swear I watched this scene every single day for a year of high school. It brightened my mornings up at a time where I needed it.

morons have little trouble with putting things in their ass and then mouth
"Pickle Fricker" was such a moronic nickname though.
What would Kevin Smith be doing if he never made Clerks?
Pwning less brown area
Working at McDonald's.
Make Mallrats instead?

every scene in this movie was depressing for that reason
To be fair McDonalds pays more than a whole bunch of professional jobs. They make more than your army private or beat cop.
Where do you live that this is the case? You join the military to avoid having to be a mcdonalds wagie basically anywhere in the US.
Man Clerks, and Clerks 2 were such good movies, and the third fricking RUINED it holy shit what a bad fricking film.
kevin smith hates his fans
I know, and I put the sheeny curse on him
It's not their fault, it's Kevin Smith's fault for being a shitty writer and not developing his characters.
