Besides Charlie Brown, how come there isn't decent thanksgiving themed cartoon specials? Is the holiday too boring for that?

They're not allowed to cover that holiday anymore.
Thought that was Columbus day
It's not PC to celebrate thanksgiving anymore because of the SJW native americans getting mad the holiday celebrates the brief period of peace before the white folks killed most of them.
>SJW native americans
Let's be real, actual natives didn't give a frick. How come 14 year old white girls control the discourse these days?
Because there are more white sjws on twitter than there are native americans in the USA and Canada. I'm only slightly exaggerating. We did that good a job.
>celebrating the brief peace before we killed all of them
Based.
Nobody cares about wanksgiving apart from burgers.
Fair amount of countries didn't care for halloween or christmas to the level they do now until US media shoved it down their throut enough

The only Thanksgiving episode that matters is that from WKRP In Cincinnati.
AS GOD IS MY WITNESS
I'm from Cincinnati I've never heard of this.
I assumed WKRP would be on constant repeat in cincinnati like Cheers was when I lived in Boston.
Unfortunately, using licensed music in your show makes it difficult to stay in reruns.
Damn that's true. The syndicated episodes all have public domain library music now
but the blu-ray release from Shout Factory has the real stuff.
Like christmas and many other holiday themed movies, any made up fiction story in animation is less compelling than the drama and comedy that comes from real people living through those.
Jenny was cute as all hell with her lazy eye
Garfield’s Thanksgiving was the first time I ever heard of that holiday as a kid. I always wondered why my country didn’t celebrate it.
>Is the holiday too boring for that?
Compared to Halloween and Christmas, yeah.
It's just Christmas First Blood Part 1.
The moment It's over, all the fat fricks rush out the door with bits and turkey and gravy stains still on them and rush to their local walmarts to kill ms Jenkins when the doors open and trample her to death to get that 60 inch 4k TV for 200 bucks.
Name one thing about thanksgiving besides turkey
Not them but the parade. Lot of things like that used to be a bigger deal than they are now. Like not holidays but nobody airs the Rose Bowl Or Orange Bowl parades anymore.
I don't know why but Teen Titans GO have 3 Thanksgiving episodes and at least 6 Easter Day episodes
Movies? No. Specials? Sometimes. Episodes? Quite a bit. It's just not worth investing that much money in something people aren't going to watch in theaters so it's better to make stuff for TV and even then just have an episode of a popular show do it so you can air it on the channel when families are home, eating, and watching whatever's on television.
Jews don't understand thanksgiving on a conceptual level because it requires them to be grateful.
It's a 'murican holiday so Hollywood chills can't export that stuff overseas
