So would I. You could do some cool world-building there, maybe showing the differences between the different generations of Kandorians. And they could even have street-level super-heroes with a Nightwing and Flamebird. We’ve seen plenty of street-level super-heroes, but these would be street-level super-heroes in an alien city eith a unique history. Kandor could even have a few non-K aliens who visiting the city when it was shrunk, creating even more factions and subcultures.
