The Sam Smith one is awful but so is this. I'm sorry, it just doesn't fit. It sounds cool as a what-if idea but the execution was awful. It's not a sound a Bond movie should have.
It doesn't. Do you even know what a Bond movie is? That sound is too out there for a Bond movie, it's like some goth trannie's playlist starter song. not a Bond theme tune. your perception of Bond has been fricked from Daniel Craig's slop. If you want a theme that should be the baseline of all Bond themes, check this:
full of theatricality, luxure, prestige, suaveness, coolness, heroism, a tinge of darkness and danger and excitement
It does. Do you even know what a Bond movie is? The elements of a baseline sound which exist across all Bond themes are present in Radiohead's masterpiece. Perhaps you didn't listen with headphones on, or maybe your headphones were too poor-quality if you did. The soundscape created has plenty of roots in everything Bondish, while also being sonically inventive, but tame by Radiohead standards. It's perfection. You're a myope with poor-quality headphones and a total lack of Bond theme knowledge. Thom Yorke has forgotten more about Bond themes than you ever knew.

Since when ate bond themes primarily on the guitar though? I don't recall any bond theme sounding weepy and sad sack in typical radio head fashion
I really like it, but I think Radiohead's Man of War was even better for Bond. Producers only want original songs though so they had to go back to the studio to make this one.
Casino Royale would have been 10/10 if they toned the action in the third half detracting from the emotional power of Vesper's betrayal, fix up the story so the poker game has a real reason to happen and have Q and Moneypenny. otherwise, it's a perfect film.
This is probably part of why Cornell killed himself. Trying to reinvent himself as a pop star, doing shit "Producer"/wigger music.
He made the right choice in the end, the last Soundgarden album fricking sucked and Euphoria Morning probably had Buckley spinning in his grave.
Yeah, I strongly suspect Cornell was a homosexual. Pretending to have emotions whilst writing and re-writing banal versions of Led Zeppelin songs as if channel by Jeff Buckley.
>soundtracks
Casino Royale > Skyfall > Goldeneye > Tomorrow Never Dies (Swan Lee unused ver.) > Spectre (Radiohead unused ver.) > No Time to Die > On her Majesty's > View to a Kill > Tomorrow never dies > Goldfinger
It's a shit list because I forgot Live and let die and Nobody does it better. Live and let die is last probably and Nobody does it better I'd put after Tomorrow Never Dies. In retrospect frick the radiohead howling shit.
That billie eilish one is pretty good, I don't know if Cornell can compete with eilish
>t. trans btw
LET THE SKY FAAAAALLLL
WHEN IT CRUMBEEEEELLLLLLLSSS
It longs to kill you, are you willing to die?
>tfw joined the army back in 2004
>tfw me and my bro shot and killed a dude
it did take something from us
Cinemaphile what are your thoughts on the scrapped radiohead bond theme?

You are wrong. The execution is brilliant. It is exactly the sound a Bond movie should have. It fits perfectly.
It doesn't. Do you even know what a Bond movie is? That sound is too out there for a Bond movie, it's like some goth trannie's playlist starter song. not a Bond theme tune. your perception of Bond has been fricked from Daniel Craig's slop. that is James Bond

Wait, bond movies have ending themes by another artist?
I really like the Sheryl Crowe OP, never noticed KD Lang.
If There Was A Man (TLD)
If You Asked Me To (LTK)
The Experience of Love (GE)
these are the only ones.
I really like it, but I think Radiohead's Man of War was even better for Bond. Producers only want original songs though so they had to go back to the studio to make this one.
Isolated from Bond, I'd rather listen to Radiohead's version than Sam Smith's, but there's a reason it was rejected (it's not Bond).
Best bond theme for the best bond movie of all time. Fitting.

Forever and always

homosexual

Rest is garbage
Simple as.
Why is that Radiohead garbage in there? Otherwise a decent list.
It's a shit list because I forgot Live and let die and Nobody does it better. Live and let die is last probably and Nobody does it better I'd put after Tomorrow Never Dies. In retrospect frick the radiohead howling shit.
DANCE INTO THE FIRE
THAT FATAL KISS IS ALL WE NEED
DANCE INTO THE FIREEEEEE
Invisible by Duran would've been a cool bond song imo
I really think billje eilish's bond song is underrated that little sex tart can croon out killer hooks
Shut the frick up, billie eilish is the pinnacle for bond music a threshold had been passed
WWWWWHHHHHHEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRREEEEEEEE HAS EVERYBODY GGGGGOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEE
I like You Only Live Twice the most
?si=1Pekvnb38E8bsjoc
