Turned 30 this year myself, all my school friends are now either married, in long term relationships or have kids. I havn't been out on a weekend in 2 years now, i just work and then come home to my house alone and drink untill i pass out

honestly the sleeping in jeans is worse. i did that as a teenager and honestly i hate myself for it. so many potentially comfy nights lost. maybe that's why i'm always cranky as an old man. didn't get enough sleep.
Best times of my life were when I was 5-10 years old, playing with toys and watching cartoons every day and 18-23 when I was a NEET going out every Friday night. Teenage years were mostly awful and lonely and my mid-late 20s were also lonely because you start to lose touch with people due to work and family life.
