I've noticed that when on a lead role, a lot of black actors perform very well. What are some more examples of this?

>randomly puts six syllable obscure random page from a thesaurus words into a grammatically incorrect string of dialogue
OH HE SMART
You... you are aware that actors don't write the script in /misc/, right?
the frick was that reddit speech
The Black in blood diamond was pretty good.
Is that the Ambatukam guy?
Yeah but making a decent original story centered around black guy would be hard without pandering to the demographic
What was the last great movies where a black MC gets the limelight without going full BLM /nigpowah sentiments/slavery sentiments? MiB?
Training day
True Detective S3
Blade (a bit too old)
Pulp Fiction
tenet
washington carried the movie
Guy is a charisma vacuum
not that guy but hard disagree, he perfectly sold the act of the operator fully dedicated to his mission
never watched Tenet because of the black lead. don't care, never will
same, and I tend to like Nolan movies. Black people have actually robbed my house at gunpoint though so I can't ever see one as a hero.
Have you tried appealing to the head of black people to get retribution?
Still have no idea what anyone was saying. Dialogue volume 2 everything else volume 22.
You just have such low expectations that you think any acting ability at all coming from a black person is impressive.
This is where the Idris Elbow worship comes from. People are just blown away that a black actor exists who's acting career isn't an extension of a rap career, where the guy plays himself in every movie, or Eddie Murphy voicing a cartoon donkey.
Kenan Thompson from 1991-2001
It would be a crushing tale of oppression like this
>Black MC is a successful millionaire doctor and businessman
>Goes to bank
>White manager
>"Sorry, we don't serve your kind here...'sir'"
jayz had a whole song about this. it doesnt matter how how rich, powerful, or intelligent you are, to them your still just a n****r. On a completely unrelated note, if you have a functioning, adult brain, then it should follow simple logical concepts, for instance, something cannot be one thing, and also not that same thing. Either something is very smart, or it is very stupid, it is not conveniently smart when you want it to be and then simultaneously stupid because you like that too. If someone cares about the truth and isnt a brain rotted, moronic hack, then they will be consistent in these principals. Not sure why i just said that, it is a mystery. :^)

yes i feel so bad for that billionaire
his life is truly hell
But he is just a Black person
Jay-Z thinks he’s intelligent because he eeked out a career in homierdry
He's right him and his group come into our office building once a month and everyone looks at him like he's a vagrant no matter what israeliteelry he wears or car he drives. People are still afraid that he will rob or rape them it's fricking hilarious all that wealth and he is still seen as the dangerous Black person.
i liked it more when Hollywood only cast sidney poitier if they wanted a black guy in their movie
Literally obsessed with black people.
>le racism
epic
I liked Dolemite is my name.
