It's already been pointed out but just to reiterate because of how stupid this is: the bodies found in the lab were the two henchmen who were guarding Jesse in the season 4 finale and who were killed by Walt. Their bodies were left on the floor of the lab as it burned. The DEA were never shown excavating the ground beneath the lab and finding two skeletons, nor was this ever mentioned - probably because the writers did not have 6 seasons of a spin-off prequel series already planned out at the time and Lalo and Howard didn't even exist as characters beyond the former being mentioned in a throwaway line.
It's wild they did this, specifically, because Gus had just had like 6 henchman also killed at the same location, but they were removed while the other two were buried right there? Hmmm.
Howard's body was buried there for the coverup, Lalo was buried there because Gus fricking hates the Salamancas and probably thought it was pottery to have Lalo buried under his meth lab
Bodyguards likely don't need coverups, so they may have been returned for regular corpse processing. Most likely though they just wanted the Lalo/Howard corpse shot
