I just eat fruits, veggies, some meat and eggs while fasting in between and that's what I've been eating for about 2 years. I went from a fat frick to skinny with no loose skin. I am proud of myself for this but still no luck socially but I am past giving a frick about that.
I meant to say simple sugars (fructose) are less energy dense than chains of carbs - which Sucrose is
2 weeks ago

Sucrose is just a fructose/glucose dimer that gets broken down into its constituent monosaccharides by sucrase; the glucose is just immediately converted into fructose in the body anyway.
As absurd as this may sound, let’s break down some key reasons why a banana is not, in fact, the same as a candy bar.
We start with the nutrition facts.
Per Google, one large banana (which is roughly 8 inches long) weighs 136 grams and contains:
121 calories
0.4 grams of total fat
0.2 grams of saturated fat
487mg of potassium
31 grams of total carbohydrate
3.5 grams of dietary fiber
17 grams of sugar (0 of which are added sugar)
1.5 grams of protein
And per Hershey’s official website, a 1.55-ounce Cookies ’n’ Creme Bar weighs 43 grams and contains:
220 calories
11 grams of total fat
7 grams of saturated fat
140 mg of potassium
28 grams of total carbohydrates
0 grams of fiber
21 grams of sugar (18 of which are added sugar)
3 grams of protein
Right away, the banana containing 99 fewer calories than the candy bar is a significant difference.
A piece of fruit is almost always going to contain significantly fewer calories than a candy bar, which is really important for weight loss. As another example, if you were to compare a Snickers Bar to an apple, the difference in calories would also be about 100.
So that’s a big gaping hole in this harebrained “banana-is-a-candy-bar” idea right off the bat.
blather...
“You don’t get that quick rise and fall of blood sugar levels,” St. Pierre says.
The prolonged digestion period also means fruit helps you feel much fuller than ultra-processed foods like candy, which are digested quickly and, as St. Pierre says, “designed to overwhelm your normal satiation signals, so they can and often do lead to overeating.”
You're doing it right anon - and your body will last longer and feel better as you age.
If you feel inclined, sneak in a quick 5 or 10 minutes of any exercise you can when you have a spare moment. Do some body weight squats for a while, or do some dips using your couch to grow your arms.
Stronger muscles means you strain less doing even basic tasks and will feel less tense and sore in general.
I am paranoid and antisocial and I NEVER take public transport and sleep and wake up earlier so I can walk the way to work. I walk everywhere so I guess that is some "exercise" there. Usually, it takes me 40 minutes on foot to get to work. I am a rookie mechanic. i am thinking of getting equipment in my home. I am 22 and leave in a single apartment in a two story building. It's run down but the house itself is doable and very good. I make a lot of money going to people's places and fixing their cars up so I have a lot of money to spare since i'm alone and my expenses are specifically very low. My eating habits also spare me a lot of money. Going to the gym is a no-go for me as I feel emasculated even by having the thought and would rather work at my home in my peace and quiet.
Rice is fine, it doesn't have as many carbs as people cry about it all the time.
I just ate some bean soup with tomato sauce. i get very contradictory answers on whether they're good for weight loss or not. what's your take?
not a bad plan anon, a simple set of freeweights (5s 10s and 20s) allows you to do a ton of exercises and get some results. Keep at it, you are doing well
>while fasting in between

No it isn't you dumb frick. I'll eat 5 bananas every day for breakfast and you eat 5 candy bars and let's see who gets diabetes first
Fricking idiot
You should ideally eat once a day and get all your nutrients in one go and then fast. Also, drink water but not too much. It'll be a b***h at first but once you get on a good path with it, you'll feel lighter and better and your confidence will multiply with each day and week. If I could do it when I was regurarly eating dorritos and fricking take out every day like a pig, then ANYONE fricking can.

Ideally? Where did you get this absolute bullshit? You should eat every 5 hours or so, when you start getting hungry, it's not too difficult, your body gives you signals. I get you had a problem and you found some moron on YouTube to "help you"
Good for you, you were just a few clicks away from "discovering" carnivore diet. Which would also work if it puts you in a calorie deficit.

Yeah keep in mind anon, I would assume you are endomorph as you were a fat frick and also had a swollen stomach from eating loads.
Someone like me who is ectomorph, eat normally so has a smaller stomach would need to eat more regularly and seeing I cannot gain fat I would have no energy reserves for the body to feed off for energy.
Still if I was not active at all the 1 meal a day would be ideal, though I have always found it better for me to eat multiple small amounts throughout the day rather than large meals as large meals make me lethargic.

Nothing. Don't eat bread, don't eat anything that's too sloppy, don't drink anything but water and make sure to fast a lot and in 16 hour breaks. It's laughably easy to lose weight but the general populace lacks the simple discipline to not stuff your fricking face every few hours. I can fast 2-3 days at a time now. I have also shaved off my declining facial hair and this guy who I used to go to school with came to my shop and he was absolutely befuddled by how much I changed. Also, don't jerk off and eat a lot of protein. DON'T JERK OFF. hair loss is directly tied to it.
Fasting also got rid of my facial fat and I have a good jaw and chin and as such it doesn't really matter. plus that was ages ago as I always keep myself clean shaven. I fixed up my diet since then so i could grow a good beard after all but I like myself like this. I feel like a beard is embarassing and I don't like it. I always shave myself once a day.

candied bacon is god-tier
Bacon is normally cured with sugar, yes. If the bacon isn't labeled as sugar-free you will find sugar in the ingredient list.

It has to be cured somehow, and if you only cure it with salt, the sodium content would kill you.
No? That's the point of curing. They just add sugar to enhance the flavour.
you can eat bread. Just know that it's a staple because it's energy dense. Don't eat 4 pieces of toast, just eat 2

i’m already skinny like abs skinny and i eat a lot of bread pretty much twice a day at least would cutting that out make me more shredded?
Can't wait for the consensus to change in a decade when it's another industry's turn to buy off the fda
As much as eating too much bread will make you fat, garlic bread is also saturated in butter.
>Uhhh actually this basic food staple is why I'm a lardass
Cope. Asian diets are mostly carbohydrates yet they are skinny. Take some accountability, fatty
The biggest cope is that fat people are LE POOR and that it is LE SYSTEM keeping them fat. No one forced you to shovel lava cake and ruffles chips down your gullet. Rice and beans and eggs are much cheaper than any McDonald's meal
Asian countries also have the highest rate of diabetes in the world.
>Asians eat le mostly le rice I saw it on my le animays
>Actually le Asians are FRIGGIN' KETO and eat butter bars wrapped with EPIC BACON
Cope. Go to any Chinese restaurant. Most is wontons wrappers, rice, tofu, vegetables and some meat
>mentions keto out of nowhere
your brain on sugar addiction andn o I'm not going to go to any of the hussle and bussle goyslop restaurants in your city
So Japan has been eating meat more in the last decade than in the previous decades. So how come Japan wasn't fat in the past and why has their rates of obesity increases with meat intake?
How do you know there weren't fat Japs in the past, where you there? Plenty of famine and war will make you thin right quick though :^)
Please don't act like the Japs haven't always eaten plenty of fish which yes sweetie is meat.
The point of contention is that their meat intake increased and somehow their levels of obesity increased too. If meat intake is correlated with lower obesity levels then why has Japan's rate of obesity increased in the last decade?
>How do you know there weren't fat Japs in the past
What are census studies and surveys?
>somehow their levels of obesity increased too
Wouldn't that be down to a more modern sedentary lifestyle and medications that cause water retention?
Obesity isn't caused by water retention fatty
"Chinese restaurants" don't serve real Chinese food, sweetie. It's junk food tailored for roundeyes.
Cope they were filled of chunks and not a single fatty in sight.
>Actually really chinese food is raw liver and friggin ribeye steak!
Nope
>filled of chunks
>No one forced you to shovel lava cake and ruffles chips down your gullet.
Capitalists spend billions of dollars paying scientists to make food more addicting than heroin. Some people cwn use heroin and not get addicted.
Low IQ hick detected
>Le EVIL scientists tricked me!!!
Put the fork down fatso. It is so funny how in one breath the epic Cinemaphile warriors will deride others for not taking accountability (particularly women) but then blame everything but themselves for their weight and lack of success
> people quit smoking.
Now they're all fat. Simple as...
Ah yes: Bread, the silent killer.
No it's caused by all the cakes you eat
Why not be fat together.
I eat home made bread everyday, why am I not fat?
Is it true americans put sugar on their bread?
We put a dollop of sugar in to kickstart the yeast.
>Is it true americans put sugar on their bread?
No, that's Australians.
>fairy bread
OH NO NO NO
