I assume you're joking but it's likely the same reason that Brad Pitt and LDC never worked together until Tarantino went out of his way to put them together.
They went for the exact same roles in their prime. With Brad and Leo, they were both the good-looking blonde leading man. With Kate and Mila, they're both the cold female g-movie action stars.
And there aren't producers asking themselves which female action stars would work well together in a pseudo crossover.
I'm pretty sure neither of them have worked with Scarjo either for the same reason.
