Get on the meds asap. My grandma had dementia and when we got her meds straightened out it reversed it some and slowed the progression significantly.

Dementia is fricking terrifying to think about happening to you. I'd rather have cancer than dementia.
Dementia really isn't that bad for the person that has it. You just sorta slip away without even realizing it. It sucks for your loved ones though.
Having dementia/alzheimer's would be like waking up in a completely unfamiliar environment around unfamiliar people over and over again until you fricking die. Absolutely horrifying.

That is unironically the kind of petty shit I WANT to see from The Joker. He's a wildcard, he doesn't always need to be about grandiose plans.
