All in all, Who was the best doctor between Cameron, Chase and Foreman?
It's tough to say. The original 3 each represent a certain aspect of medicine that is required to practice it efficiently, this kind of dynamic is present among all of Houses' subordinates.
Overall, I'd say Chase or Foreman, leaning toward Chase though.
Foreman, in his pursuit to not be like House sacrificed many opportunities that would/should have led to the resolution of a case, but he chose not to in order to stick with his morals.
Cameron is eliminated for obvious reasons, letting emotions cloud her judgement on many ocassions. She's similar to Wilson in that respect, although Wilson's emotional side helps him a lot in his profession while Cameron's is often used as a weakness both by House and even some patients.
I believe someone did a reaccount once, and Chase turned out to be doctor who solved the most cases through the show only behind House himself.

One thing I could never stand in this show is how patients are always so combative with House and others. Bro is hooked up to a life support machine but gets pissy at doctors instead of letting them do whatever they need to save his life.
It's mostly like that in the earlier seasons from what I've watched so far. I'm on season 5 now and there's definitely a change in House's personality and conduct when he interacts with patients. A few standouts would be the one with the Magician and the Hasidic woman.
