Because Pattinson only has a supporting role in the film when everyone watching it can tell he'd make a better lead than the plank of nepotistic wood Nolan chose
he is the "protagonist", he doesn't have a name, practically not a character at all, it is like a video game that is practically a interactive movie, you just press the button to get to the next scene and the protagonist that you are playing is the boring, uniteresting non character, while the other characters you interact with are actually interesting, but in reverse, it is a movie pretending to be a video game.
>You better mean Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Every Dracula is Bram Stoker's Dracula, one way or another.
But you probably mean Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula, which prominently featured the author's name, right?
Indeed.
I can't believe I put it off seeing it as long as I did because of Keanu Reeve's infamous performance, holy shit was it amazing. I think it might be my favorite set design/makeup job I've seen.
I was amazed how great everything in the movie looks today, it hasn't aged a bit aesthetically. And frick, that Kurosawa-style opening with Dracul being cursed by God after crucifying the Ottomans is one of the best intros I've seen as well.
i watched up to the boat scene a mont ago then had to stop for the day
then netflix decided to quit mailing dvds so its the last netflic mailed dvd that ill ever get and i got to keep it
Vibe movie. Probably the most rewatchable Nolan movie and one of his only ones that get better on rewatch. It has problems, but I doubt he'll ever be able to recreate something like this.
Saturn devouring his son
Older versions of characters appear, usually signaled by dress or accent. Kat is the center. Wadrobe colours also also signal roles.
Perhaps what you just listened to, watch I'm not sure
I wouldn't tell you a single thing to watch. I would listen to what you had to say, and that's what no one did.
>Bobby Patts is kino incarnate
>Tenet is complete dogshit
How does Hacklan do it?

Bros falling in love
I keep giving up on this before I get to Robert. Is it worth it for Pattinson? Does he have a lot of screen time?
His charisma is crazy in this. Basically what his Bruce Wayne should have been instead of an emo homosexual.

You know about Merlin? That's what Nolan tried to emulate.
No! Qrd?
Dunno. Dracula? Gone With The Wind? Titanic?
How am I supposed to know what you watch, anon?
>Dracula
You better mean Bram Stoker's Dracula. I saw it at the kinoplex last year and it was on another level.

I started watching picrel earlier and despite some occasional wokeness its super fricking funny and the story is unique.
What a delightfully organic response, Tenet fans are certain to flock to that geriatric clusterfrick on your recommendation.
You're implying I think anything of Tenet fans
>watching Tenet

a bad movie
It's all a dream of an old man that has regrets.
In his dream he dreams of what happened wrong in his life and fantasizes about changing things.
Vibe movie. Probably the most rewatchable Nolan movie and one of his only ones that get better on rewatch. It has problems, but I doubt he'll ever be able to recreate something like this.
It's the least re-watchable Nolan movie. In fact, it's hard to even make it all the way through it even once.
>It's the least re-watchable Nolan movie
That would be Insomnia. Anyways, the OST is kino of the highest order. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-DpRD7RArg
Pretentious crap
The backwards time plot is a filter. It wasn't amazing but it was a good film.
You tried to prompt too many things
I think it's a cool pic
Memento

Pattinson buckbreaking nepo baby with is acting for 2 and a half hours
the red/blue room scene was cool.
Unfiltered kino
Very clear it's a dream by an Eastern European
The beginning was so fricking good. Frick! Just make a straightforward thriller and focus on making all the elements impeccable, NOLAN!
