She gets into petty arguments on Twitter over shit she shouldn't care about.
This and when it's general criticism (and I'm talking the most mild of stuff here too and non troll shit) she treats it automatically as troll shit. She also has a bad habit of responding mostly on twitter to "rally the worker bees" to her cause which then causes a bunch of drama because said worker bees don't know limits and decide to do stuff like try to defend thy queen with their life or some shit.
Don't cater to twitter. Don't respond to shit on twitter. Just don't do anything with twitter and you'll be fine and she focused most of her time towards it. If Tumblr was still up she'd probably be catering to the same psychos who fled there to go to twitter.
At least in this case, the fans seem to either hold absolutist values or they learned after Rowling to disassociate the creator from the work (when they like it).

This series is inadvertently curing my porn addiction, every time I see anything from it I can't jerk off for a day or two. I haven't been to church in years but I'm going this sunday just to bleach this homosexualry from my brain.
I pretty much went through that same type of thing (home-schooled, never had any real friends, grew up on the internet), only I don't have Asperger's and didn't resort to using Discord to fulfill a need for social interaction. My mom is also a conservative Christian, but she wasn't as hardcore Binding of Issac as this guy's was apparently. All that being said I've never had internet shows imprint on me and mold my entire personality or have out-of-body experiences when people touch me, unless that's a symptom of Asperger's. I myriad issues of my own but I'm still able to converse with other people, so I think his case was a mix of being autistic and making the massive mistake of touching Discord for any reason ever. Plus he falls into the classic trap of thinking that [insert theoretical relationship here] would magically fix the all the problems he has and not stir up a nuclear reaction of unsolved emotional/mental development issues that will inevitably blow up in his face.

But the thing that pulls it all together is that she still uses social media like a teenager so she is VERY easy to bait. Sometimes, she hooks herself when nobody was even baiting her. If Vivienne wasn't so active on Twitter, the amount of e-drama threads would probably dwindle to Dana Terrace levels.
She's hated by other audiences besides this site, each for pretty much their own tailored reasons.

While those are all valid things Cinemaphile typically hates people for there is more to it.
Vivzie is a very vocal, very aggressive kind of content creator online. She frequently gets in spats all over social media defending her show, her ideas, her staff and her defense always amounts to "Frick ya'll jealous h8ters" which does not help her reputation.
So she has basically cultivated a fanbase of morons that basically mimic her persona when it comes to talking about the show. At least, the most vocal of her fanbase is like that (Im sure are just stupid normies that are meek)
That coupling with the underhanded tactics used with her Pilot cast, the way she's underpaid her staff and just general vitriol for other shows really makes her come off like an entitled b***h.
Which Im sure is not far from the truth.
Plus she just also cultivates that kind of work environment so only the most loyal lackeys of her cult of personality stick around.
There's a bunch of different reasons for a bunch of different groups, ranging from Christians offended by her depictions of ideas of the faith, to wokesters spazzing out over there nonsense, to people disappointed at the differences between the pilots and the series.

Vivzie is a dishonest scumbag who's willing to leave her co-workers and friends out to dry just to replace them with newer and fancier ones in her bid to become famous. Her entire career is built off of low-effort pandering and stoking a parasocial relationship with her fans that borders on cult-like. She's been accused of tracing without credit, stealing OCs and taking credit, and plagiarism. She can't handle criticism worth a damn and reacts poorly when she's given any reception that isn't someone stroking her ego. She's a spoiled rotten rich c**t who has only gotten to where she's at because of her parents' wealth and people will call her "self-made". She inserts her fetishes into her work while being well aware her fanbase is composed of teenagers and kids. She doesn't give a damn about crafting a story as much as she'd rather air out her personal issues regarding her parents and her romantic life.

I personally don't understand the issue of this, if referring to the voice actors, it was just a pilot. She's always wanted big names on her project, they were never going to tag along for the ride as much as it sucks. Her coming from a rich background is 90 percent of people who get shows. She attended CalArts with no scholarship for fricksake. It isn't some gotcha that's majority of workers in the industry are nepo babies, it's a reality. It's why networking gets you gigs not really even much hard work.
Does it suck she didn't take all of them along for the ride, sure, but it's the correct business decision which I'm sure she learned from her well off parents and her mentors her rich parents rubbed shoulders with.

So people who are NOT mainstream aren't allowed a chance to get the big success that other people have? I get maybe scheduling issues, but a voice actor is apart of their character a lot of personality is written FOR their performance style.
everyone who worked on that pilot equally had hoped to have their big break when this thing turned out to do well and be popular, but Viv and her cronies are the only people who get to see that success.
No one said they aren’t allowed but since they are part of this business they should have considered that was a high possibility. She doesn’t owe them anything at the end of the day it’s her project, voice actors who only did work on a pilot and a song isn’t a guarantee a spot. Especially when executives and producers from a company funding your show have a say. At the end of the day it was her money that funded her projects, through her networking and her business decisions. Some people will be allowed to come for the ride and she’ll fight for some won’t be worth it. It’s her baby, that she already has to share with big companies now, and her paycheck at the end of the day. Again the pilot got big and if the people were smart they would have used the 4 years of it being big to side in getting their foot in the door. She isn’t their mother if you want to be in the creative industry a solid network your ass isn’t getting work if you’re a nobody.
No different than an art student who has great work but doesn’t network vs the kid who is mid but networked or had an in. She didn’t want to be the in (or couldn’t) than they should of keep finding others.

overdesigned characters, humor that's mostly terrible but undeniably has it's middle school audience intact, confusing writing that doesn't know what it wants to be or how to pace itself, unlikable personality from my perspective because she worships celebrity culture and broadway.

She obsessively hovers her community, gets in chaotic relationships with her fans, and has been trying to bury some of her pedo relationships. Some kind of weird control freak who thinks she has power with cartoon. Hazbin was a mismanaged project behind the scenes and my friends and I hated every moment being attached to it after dealing with her. Did not know what the frick she ever wanted and ruined everyone's work insisting she knew better.
Two b***hes she was infatuated with were underage and she did not care. One of the girls she is still crushing on is an open pedo which Vivz is fine with since she shares similar feelings. When she doesnt have her ego she is horny as frick. Has flirted with fans often regardless of age which you can probably find if you look around even a little. With how many people she has done this too I wouldnt be surprised if people made posts about it. She constantly was hitting on two of my friends while we were working on the project too and acted like a b***hy c**t when anyone was uncomfortable. There is a weird thing happening lately, where fan artists who have a decent following but do not draw any hazbin characters are harassed by viv fans. Demanding to know why there is no hazbin art made, or accusations of being a hater, homophobic etc. It's weird. People with no interest or do not like the show are being roped in by genuinely fricking crazy people.

People have found reasons to hate her over the years, but initially it was very much because she’s a woman who dared to create her own thing and find success doing it. Her success reminded a lot of anons about their own failures and the fact that she was a woman made it more insulting to them.
Rich girl growing up in the internet age figures out how to exploit internet band-wagoning to cultivate a group of both fans and anti-fans for publicity and leverages this for cheap animation labor and marketing, and she does this so well she sells a series to A24 and gets it launched on Amazon Prime.
The hate is a marketing product generated by the anti-fans at no risk to the fans or the product itself, because fans don't stop enjoying things because you tell them to, and the hate threads only get the attention of people who didn't know what was going on to begin with, thereby generating new fans and anti-fans who drive up viewership and repeat the cycle.
