Ayer already admitted he regrets how he designed Joker and preferred Snyder's version of his Joker in Justice League.

he said he regretted the tattoos and yes I agree the tattoos are terrible. He would have been fine without the tattoos, but as much as I like Jared Leto he is not a fit for Joker. Joker is supposed to be really spontaneous. Jared is definitely more ethereal and floaty.

He looked like a satire on rap culture. All bling.
People weren't ready for it. Especially not after Heath Ledger. I think, if he was given his moment to shine, people would've grown to like it over the years. I liked what little I saw.

The whole movie was a trainwreck. The only one who got off scotfree was Will Smith as Deadshot. He should've gotten his own movie.

          >He looked like a satire on rap culture
ayer slurps that shit like the cum he has for breakfast
he loves that moronic gangsta shit, the moron he is
          there's no satire to it
rap and hip hop video clips destroyed your nation and made Black folk and hispanics into subhuman degenerates

Soundcloud rapper Joker could've worked if they went all the way with it. They should've gone with a hard R rating and played more into the psychosexual sadist aspect of his character.

Leto was so disappointed 99% of his scenes got cut. He felt wronged. Don't forget he had to follow up on Heath Ledger's Joker, which pop culture has deemed a watermark. So he had big boots to fill. In a movie as silly as 'Suicide Squad'.

I was very curious to see more of his interpretation of the Joker.

It is, but the damaged shit was moronic and ruined it. Joker is an insane moron, but the face tattoo just made him look like satire, the Black person gangsta shit makes sense, the metal plate in the mouth is fine. The tattoos are not an issue, just the damaged shit is

I'm just glad we got rid of Affleck and Leto and have Pattinson and Keoghan.
I like them a lot more.

Everything would've been fine if they hadn't sperged out about people immediately figuring out he was going to be some variation of Jason Todd. Everything started falling apart immediately because they just had to change it.

Yeah, I was never really convinced that the Joker was deranged until I saw the DAMAGED tattoo.

Yeah and the movie is an underrated gem. The criticism of it was just so over-the-top vitriolic.
