This is the best I've ever seen and it I sincerely don't think that they could have done any better. But it's still mimicking anime, and anime is silly.

They haven't done the whole East blue yet. There is still Loguetown and Reverse Mountain.

My point is that they never should have made a show that’s meant to cover 120 manga volumes (thats not even over yet) when the actors are all gonna be needed for at least a decade and a half. It was set up to fail from the beginning. This isn’t factoring in everything else wrong with the show like the effects and acting.
I mean, they can cover it pretty fast. They can cut a lot of shit from early grandline without losing anything.
Cutting all of Long Ring Long Land would be completely fine.

It's kind of impressive that this show is even decent, I had thought one piece was truly unadaptable.
Think its doable until late into the story when everyone and their mother has insane powers and abilities.
Dragon Ball Z you can maybe get through the sayian saga.
Bleach just starts out full bullshit and grows from there, barely 1/10th into the story and everyone and the cat has at least 3 powerups and the main character is running around like a super sayian with the mask on using Sephiroths sword to slice shit up
Speed Racer is the only thing I've seen that translated (action) anime into live action in a way that didn't seem like a cheap imitation. And the racing scenes in the movie are so unconventional I doubt many other directors have the ability to do something similar.
