Depends. I live in a major city and its legal to ride the sidewalk but if you go into the county or smaller uincorporated cities its illegal to ride on the sidewalk or against traffic which is dumb as frick.

Its been taken off the books in most places but every small town has it baked in to at least check out a person who's obviously a stranger and is wandering around people's homes. Also the returning veterans from Vietnam were looked at very skeptically because they were draftees and seen as baby killers and drug addicts. To this day you will still see Vietnam vets in their field coats living in tents and shit because they never readjusted to normal life.
I can't believe I dismissed Last Blood when it came out. I just finished watching it and it was excellent. Short, sweet and to the point.
