Don't know I don't have a twitter account and can't see any tweets now.
I thought it was just me. What's up with that?
Elon requires you to have an account to view the site now AND unless you pay for a checkmark you can only view 600 tweets a day before they lock you out, which means if you open a couple tweets with a lot of replies you will hit your limit in just a few minutes.
Damn, he's running that shit into the ground.
Business people aren't reading enough tweets to hit that limit while whiny homosexuals will get rate limited before they can finish their latte. Seems like a good deal.
So that's why Twitter dropped off like a motherfricker and is worth less than before Elon bought it(was forced to buy it by a judge). Such a genius.
twitter and reddit are restructuring and that very idea of that is pushing the majority away, mostly freeloaders. Those platforms are reshaping to ask for more premium partnerships to take root. Whether or not it will work out in the end is not what I was addressing. I'm just glad that whiney homosexuals are being rate limited on social media platforms.
The main problem that I have as a user is that those whiny homosexuals are coming here.

I kinda hate that I'm showing support because of the user base that it's known for but twitter, the platform is very useful if you are high IQ and if those uses fit into your lifestyle or work needs. There are many professional people on there too. It's just that so many people only hear about news related to that platform when it's some homosexuals crying about something. People who are just working aren't crying about anything and for them it is simply a tool to get shit done. Only later did it become synonymous with social media.

A trick I used to use was just blocking those accounts. I don't know if you're still allowed to do that because I stopped using Twitter on mobile when the third party client I used died.

From what I saw it's a temporary measure, apparently some contract negotiations stalled and they lost some services from Google before they could finalize the move to a new provider. They're currently operating at a severely limited capacity as a result.

I think we'll be seeing more rate limiting and monetizing schemes on social media in the future. This shit just doesn't make money the way it currently works. When interest rates are low and venture capitalists are happy to throw money at it in the hope of future monetization (somehow) then it's fine and dandy.
