Growing up in the South, I used to think religious people were cringe and annoying, least IRL. Now, I rarely see religious people IRL, but online, atheists have gotten super fricking cringe and hostile.
I live in Florida, and every summer we have Jehovah's Witnesses stand on every street corner, yelling at you when you're at a red light.
I don't see anyone else doing that kind of shit.
almost all the ones I've encountered have been politie and fairly normal. they were almost all on missions though.

If I'm unlucky enough to pull up right next to them, I do my best to ignore them and turn my radio up. I feel really bad for their kids since you know they just want to go inside and play Micecraft rather than watch their parents look dumb.
It's really fricking annoying when they show up at your house 8AM on a Saturday and try to get you to come to church with them.

a couple came to the door once, an older lady and a young pretty woman. I stood there chatting with them and managed to bore them so much that they had to make excuses and leave after about half an hour. should have invited them in really.
the younger one was in her early 20s and quite attractive, probably should have agreed to sign up as long as she was my wife.
