The MCU has an intense hate boner for the Netflix shows. The only reason why they brought back Cox and D'Onofrio (and apparently Bernthal) is their inmense, popularity, but you can be damn sure they'll disregard most of their casts/continuities. I mean from Luke Cage alone they've already used two actors in different roles.

Most 80s action heroes are ridiculous but still within human limits for the most part, not able to casually bend steel or race cars on the highway. As deeply flawed as FatWS was, they showed a clear degree of difference between a very well-trained human in top condition and a super soldier, where a casual backhand can send a healthy and athletic adult male flying into the air and crashing into a wall hard enough to pulverize their bones and organs.
Also, that whole fight between Sam, Bucky, and Walker. Bucky was the only person that could effectively fight Walker, and he was using a more jank serum reproduced by Zola, meanwhile, Sam could do dick all against Walker and was utterly helpless when the fight got physical.

MCU Steve was throwing around things like motorcycles with ease and managed to go toe to toe with Ultron. He was noticeably stronger than normal humans.
