    I think this is more just a general patriotic frame than anything specifically 9/11-related. Also kind of funny because by late 2004 was when the anti-Bush backlash really started to take over and most popular culture shifted from being extremely patriotic to hyper-critical of America's role in the world.

      Premier yes, but Lowbrow, the short it originated from, was out in 2002.
      Given the cancelled Party Wagon on it too this was likely more based on projects they were developing around 2002-2003 since it was done internally.
