No they are desperate to keep alive unlike the american version version the Mexican one still has the drive to be inovative and funny they worked hard to give the channel an identity that even in this day of stream services CN has 4 cable channes -Tooncast, -Boomerang, -CN and -Adult Swim also they have events in diferent cities in Mexico. CN Mexico is trying hard to show WB that here in Latin america people watch them more that the WB channel that only few cable companies have.

Only the black chick seems experienced, but cop lady is also pretty buff which means she can put on a fight. And the Cassino King probably wouldn't like any messes on his turf, so that's another target on their back if they just kill her.

Penumbra wasnt THAT big of a deal and was kind of new. She got a name in the science area and was pretty open with working with clients even of low rep.

Illuminarrow and Mawrasite are generally described and shown as being shit tier small fry in all the Villainous material. Mawrie is exhausted + cant control her parasite and Illuminarrow probably isnt great in a direct fight. Then again Penumbra decked out her arrow arsenal (the electric ones she used on the guards in chapter 1 were designed by Penumbra) so she might be a little better off now.

See I said If I was mid class I would, but small time like illuminarrow. I'd probably have to make a deal with BH to get some powers or become a bigger threat.
Depends on the extra circumstances and if I had any powers or resources
Since Black Hat's influence is omnipresent, I'd mostly just stick to low key shit and intermediaries for villainous job work so I dont get in his immediate attention or that of any bigger pain in the ass heroes.
If I am already tied in with BH's network (so at that point it doesnt really matter what I do), then probably still downplay with villainy that doesnt attract higher tier heroes and PEACEgays, but gets noobie heroes like G-Lo involved. I'd frick around with then for fun and/or try to corrupt them toward team villain. Get them in on the fun, an offer for a night on the town during a harmless encounter where I havent done shit, a taste for rule breaking and subtly pointing out the frickery of the hero organization etc etc. Villainy is more entertaining with friends and its a bonus to swipe from the heroes roster on top of it!
I wouldnt really get into the whole kill/murder side of things unless it was absolutely unavoidable. Not big on it, too messy, and it'd attract far too much undesired attention from the big leagues I dont care to deal with.
