The problem was that Domino had a fro, because all black women must have afros, which in turn the stuntwoman wore a wig instead of a helmet and when the inevitable crash happened, cracked her skull open like an egg. Why they couldn't just glue an afro onto the helmet and just digitally edit it later, we'll never know.
