it's anthropologically interesting how the real life "contrarian" opinion has become the mainstream opinion on this anime forum

With globalisation and the decreasing size of the world, there's no real discernable difference between us and you amerisharts. Sad really.

They make mutts seethe for some reason. Like how Japanese people make Chinese people seethe.

Americans think they're Irish because one of their ancestors was. I've encountered this directly before multiple times.

He simply proved he didn't love her enough to compromise on one tiny thing that would have at most made for a fun annecdote.

Women will always want to control their man, one day it's cufflinks, next it's how you do your hair, before you know it she tells you which hobbies are acceptable.

Also I've dated foreign women, the cultural gap is fun at first but sucks ass and isn't worth dealing with long term.

        The actual episode was
        >will you do this for me? It's important to my father
        >sure
        >doesn't do it
        This was 100% on him.

Unless you've ever been in a relationship with a decent woman who's family was absolutely moronic you can never know the true hilarity and absurdity of a modern woman choosing her father over you as a romantic partner.

There's a reason the father had to ceremonially hand off his daughter to another family. Women get really fricking weird when their fathers are narcissistic enough to try and keep them under their wing.
