Anon, Adam and Lute in episode 1 are literally like Pilot characters that somehow broken into the show. And they only reappeared in episodes 6 and 8, when episode 1 was already fully finalized during their developments.

That literally is never true, even in movie universes like Marvel and DC. Or in TV Shows that blatantly killed characters with a gun to the chest. Whatever what the writer/wrtiers likes at the time determines everything. I have seen bigger productions retcon away stuff that was introduced earlier in the season.

Television is a b***h to make and I heard about many things about how the production changes simply because the crew didn’t like the ideas at all (Zootopia was originally way too messed up and likable for the crew themselves to make, that the final movie is completely different). TV is a field where I expect things to be changed simply because of how long those productions take to make that they will eventually change their minds at some point. Like Scotty dying in season 1 in breaking bad. So a lot of things we see in the beginning of the season could be removed/changed later on the season. The Black Smithers.
