I like this episode (and Over the Top) characterizing Skips as being unable to handle some things and losing his cool. In this one, he feels put down when he can't be relied on to solve everything, and in the other when he was fooled into believing he was weaker than Rigby he fricking killed him out of pure anger.

I just went through an episode list of Courage and checked off the ones I don’t remember ever seeing on the block. The only one I could be wrong about is the Magic Tree episode.

Junkyards are privately owned, and the owner is responsible for injuries so they have always been locked down pretty tight. The most free are car junkyards that allow you to go in the yard and pull parts off cars. Even those though you have to go through the gate and they won’t let kids in
Yeah they're all heavily locked down now, but way back then they'd be more likely to have a ramshackle wooden fence and the golden rule guarding them.
